AVOID!!! made an order before Christmas (around 20th December) and was told my order would arrive in the first few days of January. What I didn’t realise is my order would be shipped from Ireland, sent off to Germany, through the Netherlands and then off to London where it spent days in customs before finally arriving with me mid January. Requested a refund as I no longer wanted the item and have been completely ignored by the seller. Not cheap and not worth the £30 I spent!!! AVOID!!! There are nicer planners/journals elsewhere you can receive 10x faster and with actual customer service skills.

Gave this company the benefit of the doubt after my first order was delayed in 2024 and went round the world! Ordered again as a Xmas present over a month b4 Xmas and the planner inserts didn’t turn up until well after the new year, even though they promised twice they would arrive before Xmas and blamed the post office.

I WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!

My order from December still not here, no responds from the company!

Beware of this company. Ordered and received confirmation email. No product has arrived. They do not response to emails or social media DM’s. I’ve put charge back request on my credit card and they aren’t responding to them either. How can you promote organising your time and not respond to your own customers?

I ordered in November and it has only recently changed to at agents site on tracking app. It’s coming from Ireland however been to France and now in Germany. The response to my email was, apologies we’ve been advised UPS have had some issues but we are changing to Royal Mail soon!!
Unless you’re looking for a gift for Christmas 2026 I wouldn’t bother using this company. It’s only a planner I ordered how on earth can it still not be here… and it wasn’t personalised either so bog standard purchase. Regardless of how good it is IF IT EVER ARRIVES ON TIME, I will not use this company again.

I ordered the life journal embossed and some pens and markers. Shipping was fast and I love the sage green colour and the quality of the planner and embossing.

Order placed in December and still hasn’t arrived. Aware this comes from Ireland but I think I could have swam there quicker than the delivery. Was hoping to start planning in the new year and already over halfway through the month.
I would suggest order extremely early or buy from elsewhere.
I hope the wait is worth it.

Considering it’s just a diary, it takes such a long time for the order to ship. I still haven’t received it! I wouldn’t bother and order from somewhere more efficient.

Some of the most hideous, paternalist advertising I’ve ever seen. I’d rather write on used loo roll than their products after easing this!
