Bought the goggles for my son who's diagnosed with ADHD but wish id read negative reviews first obviously they deleted them so looks like a respectable company offered 4 refund such a joke customer absolutely shocking been emailing for months companies like this shouldn't be able to exist

I wish I could have given 0 star as they are totally fraud. I ordered in November and when I contacted them in December then they I informed me that they have sent the order. As I paid by PayPal so they immediately started shipping and guess what. They sent me the tracking number of Royal Mail which said your item is not received yet. They actually s the erred shipping process when I contacted them. When I asked them that why you shipped after I contacted you. They replied that the sent the order before but it was lost during shipment. They are big lair and items are not of good quality. Now I wanted to return but they are not replying at all.
Please avoid this scammer company.
I bought a woollen hat scarf combo. You were supposed to get a deal if you purchased three but when I paid they had charged me full price. It then never arrived for Christmas even though id ordered it in November. The carrier then delivered it to the wrong address with the picture not even looking like my house. I contacted Mineralm who said as it had been delivered it was my responsibility to find it via Royal Mail and get a refund via them. I would avoid buying from this company at all costs. Their delivery and customer service is extremely poor so god knows what their product is like. I am now out of pocket by about £30, probably more when you factor in buying replacement presents.

Order the goods back in November 25 , we are now in January goods not arrived . Contacted customer service, only rely is the tracking number . Please do not order from this company .
I would give this lot zero stars if allowed- and I don’t understand why trustpilot don’t offer this as an option. Ordered on 23/11/25 it was advised (eventually!) as out for delivery 21/12/25. Since then, guess what- nothing!
Unless you have money and time to burn avoid this scam operation. I’m just thankful that I didn’t spend very much money finding out.
Just the same as everyone else brought in October now the 3rd January just get fobbed off now delivery from us has gone missing after eventually reaching uk ..

Would give 0 rating if available. Ordered back at the beginning of November, fully expecting delivery before Christmas. Have received NOTHING ---and the customer contact point seems to be a bot that just tells you that the shipping agent hasn't updated the information, and they have urged them to do so. Dreadful service, appalling customer service. Don't bother to order - you WILL be disappointed.
Bought an item from these cowboys on November 27 this year, never arrived. Customer service is diabolical. Clearly a rip site. Please do not purchase from them its a scam.
