Frustrating login
Your website threw me out every time I wanted to navigate to a different field. It asked me to verify my details and then made me login in again to check them. This happened on 5 separate occasions before I could complete my transaction.

First used GJW around 2006 for jet skis and more recently power boats and recently upgraded to a sailing yacht.

I find your website difficult to…
I find your website difficult to navigate. I used to have multi boat cover which has been discontinued. Therefore i need to renew several policies at one time. It is not obvious which boat is covered by which policy from the front of rhe dashboard. Then i can only renew one at a time and following renewal i am automatically logged off and then have go through 2 stage authentication. I have now gone through this process twice and am losing the will to live.

Good cover at a reasonable price…
They provide a good level of cover at a reasonable price. As with all insurances I believe premiums should go down for loyal customers.

Efficient and friendly but getting spendy!
I was reminded in good time about my renewal and I have always found GJW easy to deal with when needed.
Why not 5 stars? I found the website especially difficult to use to effect my renewal this time atound and a premium uplift of some 30% was a bit hard to swallow!!
