The company communicates well and its rates appear to be pretty competitive. I have two boats insured and had to go through the online payment twice, paying separately, which I think is new and consequent to a change in ownership. Hopefully this will be ironed out in the future, especially as I had to login for each payment as well.

Site was easy to use
Site was easy to use and technical language readable. I was given an affordable quote and there were no "hidden extras." Concerned that my payment was initially declined, but used a different card and completed transaction successfully. Also annoyed that my friend who recommended your company was not identified.

I phoned for clarification on two details of policy, and change in interest free payment and was told l would get a telephone call with the informations, all l got was a reminder to renew.
I have been with the company many years and was always happy with service. Renewed policy but still waiting on phone call with answers to questions

It was really straightforward
It was really straightforward. I had tried other companies to compare and their website was difficult to navigate I was told to give GJW from 158 performance and a fellow jetskier and it was so easy.

I am sorry to hear you feel this way.
We have had a small rate review this past year and unfortunately this has resulted in an increase on premiums and of course minimum premiums.
Our own costs such as costs of repairs, surveyor’s costs and our own liability cover have all increased and premiums have been unsustainably low in the past 10 years, not rising substantially for a long time, meaning that we have now had to impose an increase.
We believe our prices are still very competitive for the cover we offer and we strive to offer the best service to our customers with highly experienced personnel in both underwriting and claims.
