This is how it appears this side
a) It is frustrating when your password requirements are higher than others. (you are not a bank)
b) you ask how did it go ? when i have already written to you concerned/requesting an insurance cert. ......It looks like/appears.... you are more interested in your survey than in addressing your customer's' concerns (obviously not intended but that is how it appears this end).

I can see you have renewed your policy online after some help via email from our team.
As explained an insurance certificate is not issued but your insurance schedule does provide proof of your insurance.

Poor experience with renewal
Poor experience with renewal software.
New condition introduced re a full survey.
It seems that the new ownership of GJW by Ripe is a step in the wrong direction.

I am sorry to hear you had trouble renewing online, I can see you have now done this.
It has always been a condition of the insurance for some boat types that once your vessel is 30 years old an out of water condition survey would be required.

I was disappointed when putting in my details that I have used for years l was locked out. It was because you have changed the length of the password which I was not informed of. This caused me problems which l was not happy about.
