Amazing customer service
So firstly I've ordered from Glamify quite alot and the delivery has always been quick from purchase and always been so happy with the clothes and quality.
Recently on the 14th Jan 2026, Evri delivered to the wrong address and was not helpful at all, so I got in touch with Glamify via email and explained the situation and honestly the help I received went above and beyond any customer service I've had, the lovely angel Tayla was so sweet and understanding and some of the items I had ordered had sold out online but said she would check when she went into the store to see if they had any, next day true to her word she let me know that one of the tops was there but the other one only in a size which would have been too big for me but if I wanted to pick anything else instead she would send that in its place and I had seen something else I wanted to I did that. She then sent it next day delivery for me as I really wanted it for the weekend and I received all the items today; 16th Jan 2026 and I am so happy with them, the style, the fit and the quality is perfect. Tayla has been above helpful from start to finish and I could not be more grateful to her, an absolute gem and what amazing customer service. I will continue to shop with them as I have only good things to say and really do appreciate the communication and help I received.

From start to finish it has been a nightmare, I never received my goods originally, so they had to send out a second shipment. The goods were of ok quality but not suitable for me. So I then went to return them the following day to which I was told I was out with the return policy of 14 days?!? So after communication back and forth they finally sent me a returns label, goods were returned that same day as received. The tracking had the goods returned, to which I was advised that goods are to be checked and then if all ok a refund would be issued (minus the return postage charge, I was ok with this) and from then until now I have been constantly chasing them for the refund, I received the goods in mid Oct, and I am still in mid Jan waiting for my refund of over £90+. I would advise anyone to avoid this company like the plague, the CS is the worst I have ever encountered. I raised a dispute through PayPal but never won as they said I received the goods, which I did and even with providing proof off return still didn’t get a refund. Glamify advised that they have tried to issue the refund but can’t because there is an active dispute (this was closed end of Nov), it has been a nightmare.
NO REFUND rubbish quality overpriced Xmas jumper
NO REFUND given on absolutely rubbish quality Xmas jumped paid £40. Stitching cheap and nasty and at best 5/10. One wash and it will be fit for the bin. Returned before Xmas and received prior to Xmas by glamify. Told in email it would be proceed within 14 days. Chased up Jan 12th to be told no returns on seasonal goods. And that they would return the jumper to me. ( told them to keep it) There’s a reason all the reviews are so bad. AVOID at all costs
SCAMMING CUSTOMERS
Do not under any circumstances buy from this company. Unprofessional, useless and quite literally a total nightmare (an expensive one at that).
Getting a refund from two items of clothing totalling to £85.99 has been nothing short of impossible. They also do absolutely nothing to help and just expect you to pay the money instead of refunding you what is yours!

Do not shop here if you return something they take weeks to return your money, they say 14 days but I can assure you it takes weeks! They don’t reply to emails. I had to escalate to my bank as they weren’t refunding me! Please do not shop here they are unprofessional and not running a business how they should
Excellent customer services
I have bought from Glamify quite a few times this year and never had an issue with them, even when returning an item, which I had to during the Black Friday sales, Christmas period and then the holiday sales. The return took a few days longer than the time period stated, however as mentioned above it’s to be expected during these busy times for an independent business. Their customer services have always been very polite when corresponding, so cannot fault them with that either.
Overall happy with my purchases and will definitely be shopping again.

I had to come and leave a review! Last Christmas I bought a coat for my daughter and it was excellent in every way! The customer service, delivery and of course the product itself! Its been a year and the coat hasn't lost any of its quality. Its still as puffy as it was the day we bought it. It was so good I had to come back again this year and buy another coat for my other daughter! It really is great quality, hasn't lost any shape at all. So pleased with it! Thank you 😊 and great customer experience! Dealt with Christmas time delivery queries promptly! I may be back again next year!
Saved the day
I can’t thank or rate Glamify Fashion enough. As we all know Christmas is a very busy, crazy, stressful & hectic time for all. I had been waiting just over a week for my Christmas delivery & it somehow got lost at the couriers warehouse which was nothing at all to do with Glamify. I reached out to them 2 days before Christmas & they replaced the whole order for me which meant my 16 year old daughter didn't go without her Christmas Day outfit. I know it’s not a big deal for most people but it is for a typical 16 year old. So thank you Glamify for everything i appreciate it so much xxx p.s we love everything you sell xxx

Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service! I have attended the sample sales and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The quality of the products are amazing and if buying online the delivery is really speedy too. I have messaged different queries on Instagram too and the staff go above and beyond to try and help you!!!!
Refund Issue
I Purchased two items and I sent them back and they received the garments on the 21st November which was acknowledged. I am due a refund of £75 and it has now been 21 working days when they said 14...numerous emails with no response. How is it so difficult to receive my refund...the refund service and Communication is poor .I am still waiting on my refund...after this experience I wouldn't purchase anything again.

Waited over 2 weeks for items to arrive, which meant I no longer needed. Was told they were waiting for more stock, but no update was received letting me know this. Items shouldn’t be available to purchase if not available. Sent several emails which were ignored. First time customer and sadly the last time.

Had the nose lovely service ever!! I had order a co-ord set for my mum for Christmas and they had emailed me to say their website didn’t update and that it was out of stock. They offered me 2 other options or a refund. I had chose one of the other options and they also have me a discount and made sure it would come in time for Christmas!!

Diabolical, just avoid at all costs
Sizing is absolutely way off. Ordered a top in my size when it arrived it hung off me - sizing was like a man's top! Cuffs were huge and arms so long it just hung off me. Wanted to arrange an exchange but website failed multiple times. Tried emailing them, awaiting reply but judging by the reviews I'll be waiting a very long time! Absolutely fuming.

I wish I could give zero stars. They charge for delivery, return postage and will then deduct further return costs from your refund. Steer clear of these scammers. The clothing is also below par. Cheaply made and poor fitting. I will never buy from them again.
I doubt they care though, because there'll always be another unsuspecting person around the corner to con. Rubbish

I have been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks from this company. The communication is terrible. I have now had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. It should not be this way when purchasing online goods. Refunds should be made within 14 calendar days of the company receiving returned goods. I would definitely avoid buying with them.

Absolutely love this website! I am on my 4th order so far because I cannot rate the product choice! Such a warm and friendly customer service from the team when items have been out of stock etc (from a busy Christmas period so was understandably going to happen since stock is so lovely) received prompt emails to ensure I would be more than happy with other options they could offer! I cannot rate Glamify and its team enough!
