Placed an order for two items with next day delivery, received only one item. Emailed them asking to refund the next day delivery as I was waiting on the two items and would not have purchased them if they did not come together.

No response whatsoever. Last night I received an email unrelated to my queries asking whether I would like a refund for the out of stock item as they didn’t know when it was coming in. I responded immediately letting them know I wanted the refund and for next day delivery.

No response, and today I received notification my item was now shipping to me.

Absolutely appalling customer service, they clearly don’t care at all despite a couple of emails now. Poorly run and I will never order anything from here again.

Didn’t want to do this but I’ve had no other choice, Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star! Cheap horrible market looking clothes sent back two coats all starting from September waited 14 working days they emailed to say they’re sent a refund and to wait upto 10 working days, well it’s way past that now and nothing!!!! So I’ve gone to my bank to sort it out hopefully. Don’t order from here place needs shutting down.

I have bought many items from this lovely company. Recently I bought a beautiful suit unfortunately it was faulty, some stitching was loose. The Glamify team could not have been more accommodating, answering emails fast and effectively. Resolving my issue quickly and I was sent a new suit within a few days. Brilliant customer service.

Exceptional, personal customer service from Ashley CEO from Glamify Fashion. Ashley, personally rang me when I had a problem regarding my return. I couldn’t believe that within 20minutes after speaking online to his team he called me! He was incredibly, professional, polite and listened to me. He is passionate about his customer service regarding his business and listened to my feedback. We spoke in-depth about my online experience and he took on board my need as a customer to give a better shopping experience next time. Am truly impressed with his level of professionalism, how down to earth and humble he is about his business and how he can improve by taking on board my needs as a customer. You wouldn’t get a call from any other CEO from any other store or online, and to be honest I felt like I knew him well after the call.The clothes are gorgeous, well made and quality is fantastic. The team get back once you message them aswell regarding sizes,etc too. I will definitely be shopping again soon.

Always a 100/10 experience if iv ever had a question customer service is always soo good and iv always recieved a response within 10 mins !!! And the clothes are amaze love shopping here

Amazing customer service. Wanted an embroidered santa baby jumper and Amber did it there and then while I waited. Offered drinks while I waited and staff found other items I wanted to try. Very very helpful. All so friendly

awful customer service, i made an order online over a month ago and it has still not arrived, i only ordered it as they said i would receive it by a certain date as i needed it for a christmas party, when i didn’t receive it on that date they then told me another dispatch date which turned into another date, still have had no shipping confirmation now a month after ordering, i am sending multiple emails and dm’s and they are reading them and not responding.

Just had another delivery. Amazing such good quality. Love everything. Great prices and quick delivery. Thank you so much Glamify ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not use this company !!! Terrible customer service, still waiting for my refund after chasing on numerous occasions. Please don’t get caught out like me 😔

My order came next day, I receive plenty of updates throughout the order process. When my item came I was so impressed. I had ordered a coat and the quality of the product was amazing. So thick and warm felt like I was wearing a duvet. So impressed and would deffo order again.

Iv ordered from these for a good while now always been happy with there clothing , went to there shop today and bought some lovely stuff Ashley the owner was lovely he was really helpful me and my daughter spent of £200 and got 25% off will definitely be back love there clothes, these negative reviews about returns gives these guys a chance they are trying to sort refunds quicker 😊

ESCALATING TO TRADING STANDARDS AND BANK. UPDATE; still waiting on a refund I feel isn’t going to happen looking at other reviews and now the zero context from them. DONT USE!!!!!!Ordered an item - coat £95. Had to chase up the order asking for an update on postage - as it had been 5 days (they promise delivery within 5-7) they didn’t respond to my email but the next day I get a dispatch note! Parcel arrives - wasn’t happy with fit and didn’t look much like the photo - poor quality too. So hard to find portal to return - finally did but you then have to wait for an email of acknowledgment for the return . Mean while the 14 day period is closing by! It says it can be returned to numerous drop off points but yet with their acknowledgment email you can’t physically return. There is an address on their website for returns think I’m just going to package up and send back recorded delivery. My only saving grace might be that I paid by klarna so have informed them and pit payment on hold as reading all these reviews it doesn’t look promising .

So annoyed I didn’t check here first.

UPDATE- return eventually acknowledged and sent back. Email received 4 days later to say they had the package . Refunds usually take 14 days but because of ‘busy periods’will take longer. Emailed again - no response. At this point I feel
I’m £100 down and no jacket. I can’t see this being resolved

Ordered a coat earlier in the year and the buttons broke after only a couple of uses, gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased another item from them which was delayed with no communication about the delay until I contacted them, sizing shocking so had to send back returns process is ridiculous, website states refund can take up to 14 days, waited till after this to contact them as still no refund to be advised they hadn’t reached my return yet but would refund it anyway and the money could then take up to 5 days to be returned - very unclear returns policy won’t use company again

I would of put zero stars if allowed states online can have a refund within 14 days took two coats back to be told no I can have credit note or exchange by the manger when I bought the coats I also asked about the returns policy and was told I could have a refund within 14 days terrible customer service won't get my customer again

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered and returned 3 orders all being returned between 6 and 4 weeks . I have had to constantly ask for my money back. In the end I had to get PayPal to get my refund as the company were ignoring my emails
And for the last refund I'm having to go through my bank as still no refund to bank after 5 weeks!!
Luckily PayPal and my bank have got my refunds back! However I would advise anyone not to even buy from this company and they are fraudulently holding people's money and unless you take the step I have done which is stressful I would have received nothing!!

1/5 Extremely Frustrating Experience

Not one to slate a small local business but I sent items back over 4 weeks ago for a refund and have still not received my hard earned money. On another occasion, I was sent an automated message saying my next refund would be processed in 14 days — and even 14 days later, there was still no refund.

Customer service has been unhelpful and slow, and it feels like there is no accountability. Just the same copied replied every time. I would not recommend Glamify to anyone. Poor communication and terrible handling of refunds and customer money.
