DO NOT BUY THESE HAIR EXTENSIONS!!!! They are so cheap and break easily and this company does nothing about it and takes weeks to even respond to my emails!!

I’m so glad I found this trust pilot too!!! Reviews are so bad they’ve had to create another one under GL hair!! If you think about buying this companies hair DO NOT DO IT!! It Matts after a couple of days of wearing them and they literally fall apart and some how it’s my fault?!?! Sorry but you take two weeks to respond to customer service Enquiries how you have a business I don’t know!!!!

I’ve had the same problem as all the other reviews hair was snapping an matting , even if the hair was up in a ponytail it would still Matt ect they fibbed me off with the same it’s the after care ect well I’ve never had any problem with other hair I have used , an even when I very started using extension I used basic hair cheapest of cheap an even that wa shatter quality than what this hair is avoid this company at all cost hair is horrendous be better buying from eBay or Amazon

had my hair only a month and it is constantly matting and knotting without even touching my hair. I'm a hair extension technician and have never used such poor quality hair ever I'm so disappointed and wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the hair. I follow the correct aftercare.. wash it once a week, I use oils and treatments, plait my hair for bed etc and it's now all snapping off due to having to constantly brush my hair. I cannot even style it as it all mattes up & now I am over £250 out of pocket :(

Hair is terrible dont buy glamours lengths hair pure range,for only 40 pounds extra u can get cinderella hair which I amazing quality ,each client had 150grams of glamours lengths ( pure crap ).Hair tates soon its washed

Glamorous Lengths extensions - Absolutely appalling!!! AVOID!

The worst company I have ever ever dealt with!! Since November I’ve had 2 complaints (hair being faulty) I was fobbed off each time saying its nothing to do with their hair as its checked before leaving the warehouse. If thats the case there should never be complaints, right? So what would be the point in the complaints department? You can only complain via email too.. So each email, I’ve had to wait 7 days in between. Sabrina is the manager of the complaints and theres no one above her I can talk to. Sounds a bit dodgy to me to be quite honest.

First complaint - the hair was dry and brittle after 2 week (right aftercare followed) but it ‘wasn’t the hair because it’s checked before leaving the warehouse’ - no exchange/refund offered.

Second complaint the itips were half the thickness of any other itips I’ve used from the company. 150g was more like 75g - I have pictures to prove this. I asked if I can send it back, it took 1 month to reply after several attempts get in touch via phone/whatsapp and email, to then be told no.

I am now £600 out of pocket! Something I cannot afford. I feel it’s important to let others aware of this experience to avoid others losing money. They will never accept fault nor rectify any problem, wish I dont my research and read reviews before going with them. Ridiculous

Shocking! Poor quality hair and even worse customer service!

I ordered hair from their Russia Range that was advertised as double drawn, it really wasn’t! It was poor quality all different lengths

Took weeks for a response - they typed like they were my friend leaving kisses to sign off.

I have pictures of the hair along with a video just to prove the quality as I know they will go to lengths to say otherwise.

Waste of money and just poor

I’ve got to be agree with the other reviews. I’ve had extensions for 10 years, Cinderella, Easilocks, Remy cachet, beauty works etc... If anyone knows how to look after them it’s me! I recently moved out the area and was looking for someone new to do my extensions. I saw GL Hair advertised by a love island star ( I know, looking back i bet it wasn’t even GL hair she had in and was just paid to say it was!) anyway it looked beautiful so I had a salon local to me fit the “russian range” hair that I ordered myself online. Well where do I start? The minute I washed it they immediately started shedding, tangling up, bunching together (almost like frizzing in a ball at my shoulders) no matter how much I brushed it they would Matt together still. There was no way I could wear my hair down. I’d ordered the hair myself so its not like I could go back to the salon to complain either... i emailed the company and they gave me the regular cr*p about it must be the shampoo I’m using (a non sulphate L’Oréal shampoo which has always been fine with every other set of extensions!) I couldn’t afford to waste another £450 replacing them so I tried everything like deep intensive moisturising conditioners, anti frizz serums, I even put olaplex on them and nothing remotely helped. When I brushed the hair you could actually see the strands breaking off and snapping from being so dry ??? I went on “salongeek” and asked if anyone else had used this particular hair and about 10 people said how terrible it was. Apparently it’s not even russian hair either it’s Indian. How can they get away with that??? They charged 90£ per 50 strands aswell!!!! Complete and utter rip off for awful quality Indian hair. There are many bad reviews about the quality of this hair on google now too so hopefully people will start realising and don’t make the same mistake I did. They have a “pure” range which is supposed to be their best quality hair but if you take a look on salon geek people say that hair is terrible too. Just avoid all together to be safe!

I’ve used Glamorous Lengths for a while now and have recently ordered indian tapes for myself and russian tapes for a colleague. There was absolutely 0 difference in quality and condition. Considering I’ve used the proper aftercare products the hair is EXTREMELY dry and snapping as well as ragged and thin on the ends, is constantly matting within minutes of brushing it out, looks awful even from a distance and I’ve had several hairdressers tell me it looks years old rather than a couple of months old. No amount of conditioning products/treatments/oils have helped. Not to mention the amount of plastic strands I’ve found in the hair and melted onto many of my heated tools. To the point some of them are more or less ruined. Its completely embarrassing to have recommended a brand I’ve used so many time before to a fellow stylist and the hair to be so awful in comparison to other times I’ve used it and its mortifying to have had to walk around with such awful quality hair. If I could give 0 stars I would. So so disappointed and will definitely be looking into new brands as I now wouldn’t be caught dead putting this into a clients hair ever again.

First time ever using glamourous lengths, after being recommend them by a fellow stylist, and I can honestly say I have never been so disappointed.
The hair feels awful!! They mat constantly, even without touching the hair. The hair shed is unreal and it's that dry they have started snapping. Even with the use of their own recommended aftercare products.
I have used many of extensions over the years and these are by far the worst range i have ever came across.
I have had these extensions in since the start of October and they are already feel like I have had them for years. They are washed and styled once a week.
Never again will I be using glamorous lengths, biggest waste of money.
