Glasscubes is such a useful tool in the business I work in. All of our compliance docs and internal updates are made extremely easy to access, share and update. Also the message board lets us share personal and professional opinions, important dates and updates.

For use in audits of SME companies, Glasscubes has been extremely useful and helps simplify request lists.

This eliminated the need for excel request lists and prevents the loss of information.

You can get approval, read requests and share documents.
But you cannot get any person's signature on the reports.
Cannot choose the subject line. What is this message about? So lose the importance of the message.
When the client uploads something to the portal, you do receive a message, but the section where the client gives us information is very, very messy. Difficult to follow and find the information. Overall, it is not difficult to use. Compared to my use of the portal, which starts with D, I hesitate to recommend this to others.

I haven't come across a company more helpful or responsive to customer needs. The Glasscubes Team really are a pleasure to deal with & their product has definitely helped to streamline & improve client facing areas of my workload, also giving clients a better experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The website is very easy to use and I like its simplicity in areas. It is very helpful to see when clients have viewed or replied to things through the activity tab. I like the icons next to requests showing what is ongoing and what is complete - it also great that you can filter submitted requests, allowing me to quickly and easily view which ones are ongoing / have been replied to, filtering out completed ones. One thing I thing would improve my experience is being able to view exactly what the client has actually viewed / replied to. But otherwise everything is great and I will continue to use this service.

Having only recently started my career in audit, Glasscubes has made contacting clients extremely easy. Transferring information between clients is seamless and the user interface is simple yet effective, and has made auditing a lot more efficient.

The new update has also made several improvements for the user, as well as providing a more user friendly interface. Uploading files using the inbuilt segregation tool has made it so much easier to split requests into their relevant sections, so that we as auditors can focus specifically on our tasks. I will definitely be recommending to colleagues and clients alike.
