Glasscubes has made our audit query process significantly more more smoother and efficient, for both our clients and our internal team.

I've recently started using Glasscubes and so far, so good. I am currently using it as a tool to manage financial and legal due diligence information requests. Clients upload responses and information to specific points on the platform which is great as clients can answer points piecemeal and it means I'm not having to trawl through lots of emails, which would be the alternative. The platform is user friendly and so far my clients have no complaints.

There is very little downtime (if any) when using Glasscubes. It's easy to use for file sharing and can be whitelabelled.

This is a very useful platform to be able to send queries to clients while keeping all responses in one place. No more having to go through email chains trying to find that one bit of information they sent over! If there are any issues, the team is quick to respond and fix the problem, and they are open to suggestions on how to improve the platform.

I'm in my early stages of using glasscubes and generally find it very user friendly. Our clients have also taken it up quite well with few complaints and that was one of my biggest concerns of using something different. Awful terrible experience, sold unlimited storage and then complained that we used too much. The Glasscubes system is also slow and severely throttled for large files limiting both the number of files and download speed.

Unlimited Storage doesn't exist what they mean is 500gb and now claim it means you can buy more at an obcene additional cost.

Did a detailed beauty parade of the market and the sales pitch was good the reality terrible and we wasted over 150 hours in the migration.
