Great service, friendly and informative

We only popped in as we had a leaflet delivered with offers, and ended buying the furniture set on display as soon as we entered the store! Then the Napoleon settees using the offer.

A special thanks to Nigel Gladwin for his clear explanation on both the items we purchased. He is a credit to the store.

The delivery guys were great too, a phone call ahead to confirm arrival time and took their time unpacking and setting up our furniture on a very hot day! Thanks guys. We did provide a cold drink.
Good quality furniture, so would definitely recommend.

Amy has been a delight to work with to get my large order finalised. We are yet to install but I have very conference given the knowledge she has about the different suppliers, accessories and fittings.

It is a well-known fact that buying a mattress is a very difficult task. We had a very positive experience at Glasswells' Bury-St-Edmunds store where Peter Harrison guided us through all the options. Thanks to his knowledge and great expertise we were able to make an informed decision very quickly (having considered all the facts over a delicious lunch in the Glasswell restaurant...). It is rare nowadays to experience such great customer care. A big 'thank you' to Peter and also to his colleague Jack. We are looking forward to taking delivery of our our new mattress very soon.

Great service right from the store to the home. We had a cracked leg on a chair, replacement arrived within a couple of days. Maybe you will pay more than a national store, but great quality products and old fashioned superb service justify any extra.

We came in for another mattress and headed straight to Sally-Ann, we know she is the perfect person to help as she just has so much knowledge. It's amazing to see how she knows what people will like and not like and she helped my son to choose his perfect mattress.

The staff were lovely and all worked so harmoniously together providing a lovely atmosphere. Food and service was great. Restaurant was air conditioned, clean, comfy and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the fruit scones with clotted cream and jam! Scrumptious!
