You couldn’t fulfil the order so I never got the product

Great service in finding a bottle of Bourbon that was not available else where

It’s the first time I’ve ordered with them and was a bit nervous as the price of the bottle was good and so I went ahead. As I ordered toward the end of a week I hadn’t heard back so I contacted them via what’s app and email just to ensure my order was received and being processed as it was the last bottle in stock. It took a day or two but I got responses on both sides and a few days later received my confirmation of postage. Item arrived in great condition so I’m happy.

They did exactly what they said - delivered in a couple of days at a time of my choosing and what arrived didn’t disappoint. Staggeringly good value and really interesting whiskies on offer. Will almost certainly buy from them again! Highly recommended.

I placed an order and paid. I then received an email telling me they are priced the item wrong so refunded me. No offer of any sort of discount or compensation. Wouldn’t recommend

After an initial panic over my order, not being dispatched, no reply to messages a bad review that led to a telephone call advising dispatch on the 8/8

Today (8/8) I have received a notification that my order has been dispatched and track. As per my phone call.

My advice If you are ordering from this website would be to check the dispatch date on the website to avoid any confusion as this is not clear and does not come through on your order confirmation.

From a customer service point of view dispatch date could be included on sales confirmation and messages replied to a little prompter

Very easy to use Web site, good selection of old and new whisky all reasonable priced

Bottles arrived in a good time but one of the boxes was slightly damaged a bit disappointing

Ordered Glen Moray online at a competitive price, I received confirmation of the order, was given a delivery date and it was delivered safely with appropriate packing.

After unsuccessfully trying several vendors, I was able to source Old Smuggler Whisky from Glenbotal. The relatively low cost was impressive and despatch was fast.

From initial communication through the website WhatsApp to delivery of my bottle was flawless. Naz went out of his way and went over and above to make sure I got my bottle safe and well.

Nimrod was a brilliant guy to deal with. Kept in touch at every step. Very well packaged and in perfect condition when it arrived. Have bought a few bottles from him how at very competitive prices. Will definitely be buying from him again.

Very safely packaged for international shipping. Arrived safe and sound in great condition. Hadn’t purchased via Glenbotal before but couldn’t find this particular JDs on other websites that were also willing to ship internationally - so I gave them a try and was very happy to receive this so carefully protected (and now my little ones get about 4m of bubble wrap to play with!! 😁).
