I ordered a specific bottle of whisky from Glenbotal at a price much lower than I'd seen it anywhere else. After reading some of the comments about the company, I was a bit apprehensive, but it turned out that I had absolutely no reason to be.

Within 10 minutes of ordering, I got an email with confirmation; the following day, I got an emailed notification of despatch; and the day after that, the bottle arrived, perfectly wrapped and exactly what I wanted.

Ordered a bottle of Hazelburn 10. Got a refund from company but no explanation. Only to find it's back up on the website at a higher price. Terrible company to deal with.

What a waste of time. Made an order and they decided to cancel it a few hours after they confirmed it and with no explanation given for cancelling. What a joke of a company and so don't waste your time choosing things and trying to make an order.
