Thankfully the team from Glenbotal put forward a notion that by buying 2 bottle,s it would be sent at the same postage rate then just wasting the opportunity 2 for the price of one postage. Scotland to Australia is a long way for 1 lonely bottle of whiskey. Christmas cheer is coming Down Under from the home of gold standard whiskey.

As a rare whisky seller, many of their items are close to the average auction prices (when considering auction fees), so although not always a bargain it does can take the stress out of being outbid by just a few £s

I purchased a bottle as gift for my husband as the website stated shipping was available to the United States. Very quickly after my order was placed, the Glenboral team emailed me letting me know shipping was likely to be an issue and offered a refund since I do not have a UK shipping address to use. Instead, they held the bottle almost 3 months for me and delivered it to my Airbnb while I was visiting Glasgow for the day. Packaging materials were also provided to keep it safe in our luggage. Excellent service!

Ordered item heard nothing about estimated delivery time until I had to chase it up, was the sent a 24 hour delivery time which was tracked 5 days later still haven’t received item.
Ordered same item from another company which was posted from the same area and received it the following day.

Very good services and very quick delivery. Will certainly use them again!

Not expect easy shipping to the USA because of lame USA import laws for alcohol.
