I am really disappointed
I am really disappointed. The item was small and glisshop doesnot take care of returns, it expects customer To take care of postage by themselves if they want exchange or refund. This is not case with lot of other shops

Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to give your feedback. We understand your frustration regarding the return of your order from Switzerland. Since July we have been collaborating with a different carrier and are now also able to provide return delivery labels. A cost of £19.99 is deducted for the return shipment of large parcels and £9.99 for small parcels. We hope you will be willing to use our services again in the future. Best regards The Glisshop team

Absolutely abysmal returns service system - a £40 charge and additional threat of a £10 charge. I will never use Glisshop again; I will complain and spread my displeasure

Overall a oodles experience
The box was open when it was delivered,The Atomic adjustment tool was missing,The boots however were in perfect condition,So that's the main thing,Overall it was a fast delivery and well informed Happy customer can't wait to try them in January

Great experience.
Ordered from the UK and I can confirm VAT and duty are taken care of in the ticket price. Delivery was steady in terms of time, but predictable given coming to the UK from the EU. Very good communication throughout. Price was more the competitive.
