Global Bike Avis 

I ordered some accessories from the site and they arrived within two days. This may not sound overly impressive by living in the north of Scotland it is rare to see deliveries that efficient. Product was great also

I am happy to recommend Global Bike as a reliable supplier of bike parts and would order from them again.

My bike came quickly and had been put together well, unfortunately there was a couple of chips to the paintwork, probably from a slipped spanner when putting the bike together. I'm likely to scratch it on my first ride out so not to worried, and probably wouldn't have been obvious to whoever put the bike together. Great value, good service. Thanks

Needing some advice at last minute about an annoying notice from the bike, I rang Global given the fact my bike knowledge is limited to changing tubes and pumping them up... I took the bike down at short notice, was welcomed with the offer of a brew and after about 45 mins left with the bike in a much better state than it went in.
Good old fashioned customer service is rare these days. Not here it isn't.

great bike good comunacation great servise

I knew I wanted to buy a road bike using my works cycle to work scheme. I went to Global and they really helped me to understand all the options. I tried three bikes and found the perfect one for me. First class service, nothing was too much trouble. I've been out a few times now on my new Lappiere and it's comfortable and has all the little extras that make me feel safe as a new road cyclist eg extra set of brakes on top handle bars and 3 large gear sets. Thanks Team Global you're ace!

Excellent communication was given about the state of my order. And nothing was too much trouble. Including delivering the bike to me personally because of my constraints in taking delivery of the bike. Superb and I recommend to anyone especially as my bike was an absolute bargain

I orderd a 'cross bike for my daughter on a Thursday morning, it was delivered Friday lunchtime. Fantastic communication about delivery and I was able to say to leave it with the neighbour as i would be out at that time. The bike was also the best price we could find anywhere. I would absolutely use global bikes again,

I was amazed to find the bike that I wanted for £640 cheaper with Global Bikes than it was in a supposedly 'cheaper' larger bike store!!! I was so impressed by this. When the bike arrived, it was packed well, set up well and was just amazing really!

Looking for a certain model of bike and found it on this site for a great price, the delivery options were also fantastic and suited my work schedule. Unfortunately upon first inspection the rear wheel had slight damage in the way of a buckle. I was looking to upgrade the wheels at some point so will have to sooner rather than later. The gears needed adjusting but I accept that maybe new bikes are not set up. Returning the bike would not be cost effective as it would cost me £30-£40 and I'd be without a bike.

I did email the company stating all this but never had any acknowledgement or type of reply.

Superb service, and the cheapest by far. Would definitely look these guys up again. Quick delivery, and well packed.

Bought my first road bike from Global Bikes last week, excellent advice by telephone from their friendly team of staff.
Ordered the bike one morning and it had been delivered by the next, couldn't have been easier and the bike was all set up and ready to go other than setting the handlebars straight. Great priced bike and no other sites came anywhere near the price delivered.

As I am heading for the Scottish highlands shortly, I wanted to go prepared for anything. Being on my bike space for carrying stuff is limited. Things have to be washable/dryable even when there is no artificial heat source. I thought it was going to cost me a small fortune, yet I was pleasantly surprised that I could get what I needed at great prices.
Delivery was fast and the quality of the items as expected. I have used Global before and will certainly check them out again in the future. Dealing with them saved me over £100.
