Smooth and Reliable Service for Our Study Trip
We are architecture students from the University of Liechtenstein and traveled with this bus service from Lisbon to Monsanto as part of our seminar week. The entire experience was excellent. Communication was smooth and reliable, and it was reassuring to know that our contact person was always available whenever we had a question. The bus was punctual, clean, and very comfortable, which made the trip easy and enjoyable. The best service
I recently used Global Bus Rental for my transfer from Germany to the Czech Republic, and I must say the whole experience was excellent. The vehicle provided was modern, clean, and very comfortable, making our journey smooth and enjoyable. Our driver was extremely professional, punctual, and courteous, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout the trip.

Transport booked for 3 days whilst in Italy for our wedding. All ran perfectly. Adjustments prior were made without question. Good, fast communication with Usman.
Numbers provided for the drivers for the 3 days. Drivers always on time and very accommodating.

Request not agreed extra payment at the end of service
We contracted and paid for a one-day tour service in Paris. The service itself was very good. However, at the end of the tour, when the driver dropped us off, he claimed we had to pay an additional €200 because the return drop-off to the original pickup location was not included. Our invoice clearly stated that it was included. It appears there was a discrepancy between the terms agreed upon by the company and the driver, which led to an unfortunate argument between us, the driver, and a third-party intermediary who had hired the driver. It seemed that someone had misled the driver, as he showed us a message from the intermediary falsely stating that we had agreed to the extra payment—which we absolutely had not.

Terrible Experience – Completely Unacceptable Service
We booked and paid in advance for a 26-seater vehicle for our group of 25 people. However, on the days (4 days) of the service, the company sent two old, small, uncomfortable vans with no air conditioning. This was absolutely not what we agreed on.
The vehicles were in poor condition, completely unsuitable for the summer heat, and caused serious discomfort for everyone in our group. The company made no effort to inform us in advance or offer any kind of compensation or apology.
This was a major disappointment and a clear case of false advertising. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company unless you want your plans ruined and your money wasted.

As stated in our terms and conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, in the unlikely event of a mechanical issue or vehicle unavailability, we reserve the right to provide alternative transport using smaller or larger vehicles to ensure the trip continues as scheduled. This is to avoid any cancellations or last-minute disruptions to your plans.
In your specific case, due to an unexpected technical issue with the originally assigned 26-seater bus, we quickly arranged three separate vehicles to accommodate your group of 25 passengers. These vehicles were:
In excellent condition
Fully air-conditioned (with working A/C in each vehicle)
Operated by professional drivers
Contrary to your experience, all the vehicles provided were from our regular, reliable fleet. Our air conditioning systems were fully functional, and no mechanical defects were reported by the drivers at any point.
Additionally, we maintained constant communication with your group throughout the process. Both Mr. Usman and Mr. Jude were directly in touch with you before and during the service, updating you on all developments and arrangements.
The cost of providing three vehicles and three drivers—including added fuel, logistics, and coordination—was significantly higher than the amount paid for the original service. However, we chose to bear these additional expenses entirely at our own cost, because we are committed to honoring our bookings even under challenging circumstances.
While we acknowledge that this solution may not have felt ideal to you, it was arranged with urgency, responsibility, and full intention to uphold your travel plans without interruption.
We understand and respect your right to share your feedback. However, we also ask that the facts be represented accurately, as we did everything in our power to ensure your group received continuous service despite unexpected challenges.
As a gesture of goodwill, we would still be happy to offer you a discount or complimentary service on your next booking, should you consider giving us another opportunity to serve you.
Once again, we apologize for any discomfort caused and thank you for your understanding and honest feedback. We remain committed to improving every day and hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in us.

Extremely Disappointed
Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable Service and No Accountability
We used Global Bus Rental for our wedding in June 2025 in Paris and, unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
• A coach scheduled for 11:00 PM arrived an hour late at midnight, leaving our guests—including young children and elderly family members—waiting outside in unacceptable conditions.
• One of the coaches was dirty and had visible cobwebs, which is shocking for a wedding event where cleanliness and presentation should be a given.
• Communication was poor throughout, and coordination was chaotic, with us having to deal with multiple people when we were promised a dedicated point of contact.
After raising these concerns, we received an apologetic email acknowledging the failures and offering a discount for future use. However, this was a once-in-a-lifetime event, not something we’d book again. We requested a refund, but they have not responded to multiple follow-up emails since then.
For a company that claims to serve weddings and important events, this level of service, response, and accountability is unacceptable. I cannot in good faith recommend them.

First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your wedding transportation in June 2025. We fully understand that a wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and it was never our intention to cause any distress to you or your guests.
I would like to address the points you raised:
Regarding the delay on the night of the transfer, I had been personally in touch with you and checked multiple times if there were any issues or concerns during your event. You confirmed everything was fine, except the delay on the 11 PM service. Unfortunately, the delay was due to unforeseen traffic conditions in Paris, which were beyond our control. While we do everything possible to prevent delays, no operator can guarantee 100% punctuality due to unexpected road situations, accidents, or blockages.
On the matter of the coach’s condition, please note that our colleagues were in direct contact with you via WhatsApp throughout the event. At no point did you raise concerns about the vehicle's cleanliness during or after the service. Our company maintains a strict cleaning schedule for all coaches—both interior and exterior—after every service. We do not operate buses in poor condition, and certainly, none of our vehicles have “cobwebs” or similar issues. If such a concern had been brought to our attention at the time, we would have immediately addressed it.
It’s also important to mention that we provided services to your group over three days. On Day 1 and Day 3, everything went smoothly without any complaints or reported issues. The only delay occurred on the second day, again caused by factors outside our control, for which we have already expressed our genuine apologies.
We are a service provider that values integrity, and while we accept constructive criticism, we also believe it’s fair to look at the entire picture. Despite this unfortunate situation, we had cooperated with flexibility for your last-minute changes without additional charges.
We truly regret that you feel disappointed, and we remain open to further communication should you wish to discuss this matter. Our aim is always to improve and serve our clients better.

Scammers don’t even try to use them
Be careful from this company. They are scammers, they take your money, do not provide the service you agreed on and refuse to refund you. Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. Stay away no matter what the price is. I scheduled buses for my daughter’s wedding to move our guests from the hotel to the venue. I fully paid for the service 10 days in advance as they requested. Even after many text messages with the agent I was promised and guaranteed 100% that the buses will be there on time. On the wedding day when the buses did not show up I called the company and they promised that the buses are 2 hours late due to traffic. I couldn’t believe it since our contract had the time when the buses should arrive. After 90 minutes and postponing the wedding, I kept calling to check the status and there was no reply that’s when I realised we were scammed. We had to work with a taxi company to transfer our guests and the wedding was delayed. After multiple tries to communicate with the company during the wedding they responded 6 hours later and promised to refund us. It was another lie, they never did. It’s been a month. Don’t ever use this company, I had to report them to the police in an attempt to stop them from scamming others.

this trip was a perfect success even if the day after our arrival it rained a lot and the visit to Valletta was disrupted. But as for your service, we were delighted! It was an 11th hour request for a coach…
It was an 11th hour request for a coach that would be available for my group of 49 for 4 hours when we got off the Anthem of the Seas in Tokyo. With such a tight deadline, I was nervous that I will not be able to find a Supplier in time but Global Bus Rental was excellent. They came through for my group despite the time difference. The bus that was supplied was excellent. We were fortunate to have a Japanese speaker with our group because our driver did not speak English. Everything worked out well.
