The team at Global bus is very active and accommodating. They offered me several options to choose from for my trip and all communication channels were professional and smooth.

Be very careful using this company and think twice!
We used Global Bus rental last year to rent two coaches in Germany for the Euros, neither coach turned up! Was left with 50 people standing waiting for the coach and we had to all run to train station to get to the game and never got back til 6am the next morning. I contacted the company who gave an excuse about the coach being in a crash but we had sort of expected this as after very good contact all the way through for several months they had gone radio silent when we reached Germany. They then told us the 2nd coach would not appear and that we would have a full refund within 15 days and still waiting!!
I have not posted about this until now as my Bank has been trying to get the payments back that we made so did not want to jeopardise that, but they have have had no success. Now working with a lawyer on next steps.....watch this space!

I rented a bus from Milan going to Paris for 7 days. Our journey was really great and fun. Our driver was very careful in his driving, he was very professional. It was a great experience ,definitely i will rent a bus again from this Global bus rental company in the future. They also have a very ​accommodating customer service especially named Usman, who really help us all along until we finish the trip. Thank you so much for all the great and wonderful service.

DO NOT BOOK WITH GLOBAL BUS RENTAL.
I was sent a quote for a bus for 32 people, I paid the quote which was about 380 EUR.
They then informed me that they didn't have the availability any longer and could provide with a 28 seat + Asphalt van but it would cost me an additional 350 EUR?! I then asked if I could cancel and get a refund as they couldn't meet my requirement.
Then agreed and on the 16th September said I would receive a refund in 7 working days.... it is now the 28th October and they are ignoring all my messages and I still have not received a refund.
The company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

Bad service
We recently travelled from London to Devon and then from Devon to Leeds. Both quite long journeys. I notified the company we had 7 people and 7 LARGE suitcases. On both occasions we were picked up in a short wheel base van instead of the long wheel base we had actually paid for. This made the journeys extremely uncomfortable. We had a case on one of the seats so we could fit all the people and luggage in. In fact initially, we weren’t even sure we were going to get in at all.
I have emailed the company and asked for a refund of the extra we paid for something we didn’t receive but they are choosing to ignore my message.
Apparently this company do this all the time with their vehicle sizes.
Avoid!!

19/9/23 still not had the courtesy of a reply or any kind of acknowledgment of my complaint……….very poor service

3/10/23 still no response.TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid at all costs

6/10/23 so you will see various reviews praising the drivers of this company…….I used this company twice in a week for 2 very long journeys and the drivers both times were a delight.
HOWEVER!!!!!!! The people running the show sent buses which were too small to accommodate our party to save money BOTH TIMES!!!!!

I don’t believe this company should have a review because they are a scam outfit and not a company. Extremely irresponsible and a bunch of lying persons.

We booked a bus and paid upfront. They didn’t show up, apologise or try to remedy the issue, they lied for a whole day and the driver didn’t show up.

They didn’t refund and I had to report them as fraud.

Please they should be black listed and people should stop falling for the scam.

I would not be shocked if the +ve reviews are doctored.

Please do not book this rental service

I booked a return minibus on 15/2/24 for 20/7/24 from Bingley to York.
After reading the negative reviews I emailed them for some reassurance that the minibus would turn up, he assured me it would. Yet the minibus didn’t arrive! I called the emergency numbers but there was no response. Why have an emergency number if nobody is going to answer it?! We waited until 11:10am at which point we booked an Uber. They apologised and said his shift only started at 11:30am, so why take a booking before the company opens? We were late to our friends wedding thanks to the shocking service we received from this company.
Avoid at all costs and use a more reliable company.
We lost all faith in them after not turning up so said we wanted to cancel the return booking, they said we could but they wouldn’t refund us. So we had no choice to wait until midnight to see if they’d turn up. My friend messaged to check if the driver had set off after 11pm and we were told “obviously”. It wasn’t so obvious that same morning when the minibus didn’t show!
