Bus didn’t show for second day of event!! Terrible customer service, took over an hour to get someone on the phone, told me no refund after another colleague said I would be refunded!!

Do not even attempt to book. They ruoned a perfectly planned 3 day birthday getaway to weymouth. Ive contacted days before the departure and they re assured me that theres no problem. During the day of departure, no coach, customer service very hard to contact. They make up stories that the coach was involved in an accident and send you pictures(which i searched and reverse picture review in google and the picture was an old picture) and tell you that they are trying to get taxis as replacement which again that they cant assure if a taxi is coming. Very incompetent company, they dont care about customers.. this is reported anyway

I live in Thailand and wanted to organise a taxi for six of us to go to a concert from our hotel, both in Manchester, a city I don't know at all. I found National Minibus Hire & Coach Hire on Google, told Rida what I wanted and she organised the rest. No hassle, on time, great driver who took us there and back. Highly Recommended.

Bus transfer for a large group of italian students from Stansted to Wembley (and back). Despite a last minute call from Italy they were exceptionally professional and helpful, fast and clear in communication (by phone and email). Very honest with price for a very good service. Drivers punctual and collaborative. Can't desire more than this. Absolutely recommended.

I rented a minibus from this car rental service, and it was a disappointing experience. The minibus was in poor condition, with evident signs of wear and tear. The overall cleanliness was subpar, and it seemed like it hadn’t been properly maintained. Customer service was also lacking; the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. I would not recommend this car rental service, especially if you’re looking for a reliable and well-maintained minibus.

I am very pleased with the service, although at first there were some unpleasant moments, our business bus was replaced with a budget one, it was unexpected and extremely unpleasant. However, we were able to come to an agreement and, as a result, our entire stay in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was successful. They were very attentive to us, accompanied us every day, adjusted the schedule, and took into account all our wishes. This was our first experience with this company and we are sincerely grateful 🙏 We travel a lot and now we can trust this company 100% and not be afraid for our transfer. I recommend.

We recently rented a Mercedes Sprinter van on 28 Aug from Trust Pilot agent name is Usman Alee, and I must say it was a great experience.
