Our driver Mario was very helpful and a good driver. We sadly had to cancel our boat trip to the blue grotto. Mario showed us a gorgeous view point to still take pictures from. He also knew the island by heart and he’s very kind. The company was very helpful and the contact was very quick. Great hospitality

Hired Global Bus Rental, through Usman Ali back in April. It was a 16 seater and the day prior to our trip we were told that the coach had broken down and they couldn’t fulfill or trip. This was at 4pm the day prior to the trip.At 7pm we had the call we were waiting for, they had found a reserve bus. From tgen on EVERYTHING went well and all had a wonderful day out. Eliyas, professional and never subscribed passengers they are on time punctual

Thanks to very comunicatice person (MO Eliyas) we had very convenient transfers in Malta. The buses were comfortable, the drivers nice, It's too bad, that not all of them could speak English. That's why we were over the time and were not warned before, that it was already cpounted as a whole day, not a full day any more. But thanks to MO we managed and payed extra not that much.

Superb, from start to finish!
We were taking customers to a full hospitality day, and finding a good service the day before was very tough. We contacted Mo Alee and the speed and communication was nothing short of superb! Within an hour we had a full breakdown matching exactly what we wanted. The day of the event was even better, the driver collected us on time at the meeting point, and the journey was very smooth. We were contacted 30 minutes before the return time to say our driver is ready but will wait, and even went out of his way to collect a colleague. Overall, an amazing service and one we will totally be using again!

We booked a mini bus. The bus driver is a nice guy. He explained to us the tourist spot and the best transportation to be taken to go to the tourist spot. This company also offer a good price for pick us from kingcross to Heathrow .

We do a lot of travel across the UK and were looking for a reliable coach company that would be able to manage hundreds of people in a very short time. I have to say that I have not worked with a more efficient travel partner. They always respond to my requests and make sure the service is delivered on time and with great drivers. On our last trip to UK, we had to book with them at the last moment as the other company is we booked with did not appear at the pick up and we were left there with put group. Ridha relied at the same time and helped pur group on last minute. We would definitely suggest them to our all friends as well…

Ridha did really well with our trip. She was able to give us a very good insight of what type of minibus would be best for the number of passengers and bags as well as the route and the amount of time it would take to arrive taking in to account traffic and breaks.

The driver that was sent was punctual with a clean. He was very kind bearing in mind us singing half the way there could have annoyed him however he was lovely about it. Honestly a 5 star service all around

This company scammed me.
It has been more than 50 days since you offered to refund us.

You just lie that you sent it and don't give any proof that you sent it.
£3622 still not refunded.

We have received a good offer promptly. Communicating with the representatives was very easy as they have replied promptly to all of our questions. The departure was on time and the transfer went smoothly. We rented two buses which came perfectly clean as new and the drivers were very friendly. We will definitely collaborate with this company again. Thank you!

Do not use Global Bus Rental. This company hasn't returned the bus rental fee yet after receiving the double charge.
They sent a different model from the bus that was agreed upon when I first signed the contract. So we got problems.
This is a broker who does not own a bus.
They explain kindly when I sign a contract, but they don't answer the phone when they have to refund.
