Best customer experience I have ever encountered.

Hi all, after I placed my order I was given the opportunity to confirm that this was actually the best option for my scenario (Small workshop specializing in Land Rover diagnostics) Super fast delivery and on my first day using the kit, the guys were there online immediately to guide me through what was unfamiliar to me.

Good folks. 5 star

We have been doing business with Globaldiags for the past 3 years, and the customer care and support we received have been exceptional. Started off with a diagnostic laptop for Land Rovers, then BMW, and then recently a full OE Xentry Lite package for Mercedes. They know what they are doing as they helped our company register with Mercedes as an authorised workshop, so we can purchase genuine software subscriptions and perform online programming just like the dealers. Any issue they are connected via Teamviewer within minutes. Very efficient and no-nonsense company. Well worth the money spent. 5 star from us...CJ

We have purchased both bmw and Mercedes…

We have purchased both bmw and Mercedes Benz oe diagnostics now from global diagnostics there service has been outstanding as soon as the machine came they jumped straight on team viewer and set everything up for us they where able to answer all our questions and solve all our problems every time. We get stuck they are straight back online to help it’s an outstanding customer service I would only buy my oe diagnostics from these guys

Having experienced excellent repeat business with Global Diagnostics over the past 18 months, may we take this opportunity to fully endorse the various software packages that have been purchased from them.

Supplied competitively at dealer level, they do exactly as they are supposed to which is crucial to efficient troubleshooting in the field. Their remote support is equally impressive on the rare occasion that it is needed with response instant.

This is full scam company

This company is a full scam operation.
I bought their tools and software about a year ago, and from day one I had nothing but problems. Many of the programs they installed were already infected with viruses because they use cracked software from China servers. Instead of providing real working solutions, I was constantly fighting malware and system problems.

Every time I reported issues, their first reaction was to blame me. Only after I pushed hard and got angry did they admit some mistakes and make small fixes. But this was temporary — the same problems kept coming back. They only give a 30-day warranty, and after that, they try to act like nothing is their responsibility. In my case, I had to deal with problems for the entire year, and in the end they simply stopped responding, claiming it was my fault.

I want to make it very clear:

The software they sell is not original, not safe, and full of viruses.

Their so-called “support” only works if you stay silent and never complain.

When you insist on getting what you paid for, they attack you, call you abusive, and cut you off.

Their public reply to my complaint is pure nonsense — it’s just excuses to protect their image. The fact is simple: I paid for working, safe software, but what I received was infected, unreliable cracked programs and endless problems.

⚠️ Warning to others: If you value your time, money, and computer safety, do not buy from them. You will never be right in their eyes, and they will leave you with useless tools and infected software.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

We take all feedback seriously, but it is important to set the record straight regarding this review.

Mr Virki purchased a computer from us in August 2024. A week later, he requested that we install an additional program. We did this at no cost, but unfortunately the software was infected. The issue was professionally removed, a full system scan was carried out, and the customer confirmed that the problem was resolved.

For the following months, the customer used the system without complaint and even expressed his appreciation for our service, offering to leave us a positive review multiple times (though he never followed through). During this period, he also installed numerous third-party programs from various websites and forums. While such actions can cause software conflicts or even introduce malware — and would normally void warranty — we nevertheless went above and beyond our obligations to assist him whenever he had any issue at no extra cost.

In April 2025, eight months after the original incident had been resolved, he contacted us again claiming his computer was slow and possibly infected — despite no prior issues in that time. His communication included abusive language and threats of defamatory videos and malicious reviews, for which we issued a formal warning. He then stopped contacting us. Four months later, more than a year after purchase, he reached out again about trouble installing another third-party program. When our staff said they couldn't help him with the installation as we have never installed it before, once more, he accused us of deliberately installing viruses, while using abusive language and making further threats. At this point, we made the decision to terminate all business with him.

We would like to stress a few important points:
-We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which the customer did not use.

-Our products come with a 12-month warranty and tech support, but this does not mean we abandon customers afterward. Beyond the warranty period, we continue to provide help at a small service fee or via software updates — we do not “ignore” customers or push them to buy a brand-new kit, as this customer falsely claims.

-We chose to stop assisting Mr Virki not because his warranty expired, but because of his repeated abusive behaviour, lack of respect for our staff, and threats of malicious reviews and defamatory videos. We will not tolerate abuse and threats towards our staffs.

-Ask any professional business that has dealt with us for years, or read our reviews across multiple platforms, and you will see that customer satisfaction and aftersales support are our top priorities. Many of our positive reviews specifically highlight the extra lengths we go to support our customers. This commitment remains, provided our staff are treated with respect and decency.

The allegations made in this review are inaccurate and misleading. We stand by our team, our service, and the way we handled this matter. We also hold evidence of these interactions and are prepared to provide it if necessary.

We welcome open and honest feedback, and we encourage anyone reading this to review our long-standing track record of customer satisfaction. Our history speaks for itself: the vast majority of our customers highlight our above-and-beyond aftersales support, technical expertise, and genuine commitment to helping them get the most out of their purchase.

Customer satisfaction will always remain our top priority, provided that our staff are treated with the respect and decency they deserve.

Exceptionally Happy

HI, what started off as a mercedes offline diagnostic system, quickly became a mercedes online, and a JLR online system. I have to say the hardware was faultless which I expected but during the entire process of registering me and training me in all this sort of new OEM stuff was exceptional. They were hassling me, always checking everything was good at the start as they knew this was a bit new to me compared to my autel. Its a really good team there and they really know their stuff, and there is always someone there to answer even really early as I start at 7.30am on their whatsapp group support. I just can't say anything bad except for if you read this I want a discount of my VAG online system once i have earned some money of these systems, thanks again.
