Voucher works, but support is awful!
Yes, GlobalMed.com is not a scam — their vouchers do work.
However, the communication is absolutely terrible:
They often reply only after 2 days, or sometimes never reply at all.
If I send a request on Friday for Monday, I might only get a response on Monday, which makes planning impossible.
The phone numbers listed on their website do not exist — when you call, you get a “number does not exist” message. This makes the whole service look suspicious.
So yes, it’s technically legit, but the support is non‑existent, and any normal person would first think it’s a scam.
They need to fix their communication and phone support, otherwise people will not take them seriously.
I’m giving 2 stars only because the voucher worked, but everything else feels like zero organization.
