Subpar Service with Low Quality Assurance and Responsibility

I hope this email finds you well. I apologize for reaching out to you after business hours. I'm growing increasingly concerned about the lack of communication from MedSource. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them through phone, email, and the patient portal BrightTree, I have yet to receive a response.
Over several weeks and through multiple departments, I have made several documented forms of communication asking for assistance finding a resolution. However, after communicating with empty promises to commit to resolving this, the company has gone out of its way to close requests with generic responses, recapping that I called and spoke to someone. In contrast, others were closed with no response or attempt to resolve.
All the while, they have refused to supply me with medically necessary and scheduled approved supplies. According to their respiratory therapist, there was moderate concern that my CPAP machine may be having problems, and they had no access to see its data since 6/15/23. They promised to discuss what to do in a detailed email that included the COO, the customer service rep who did my onboarding, and the respiratory therapist. They told me someone would reach out to me within a week, but it has been over three weeks, and I am still waiting for them to work anything out. Meanwhile, I have two pending orders of supplies that still need to be shipped and are over a month due, and my insurance company has confirmed that they have received claims being charged for them already.
My insurance company has been involved, and they still need to be told why the communication has stopped, all while I suffer without necessary supplies and potentially faulty machinery. The company would not send someone out to check it or offer to let me send it in to be tested for issues.
DME companies are a predatory industry with little oversight and regulation to operate and do as they wish. This situation has proven that anything communicated is unreliable and often false.
