If I could give a zero
If I could give a zero, I would, this was a horrible experience. I ordered a knee brace that my doctor recommended and I was told I would have it within five business days. It took over a month. I was never notified that it was back ordered. I had to call them several times. I finally got to a manager after yelling for one and he took care of it. Checked to see the status told me it was back ordered, etc., and made sure that I knew when it was coming I didn’t want to buy from another company because I had already ordered this and knew it would be a nightmare to return .very disappointing when you have a medical problem and you can’t get something when promised. If I had been told it was back ordered, I would’ve ordered from another company and I did find it cheaper elsewhere, but I was just going to let the order hang there and figure they’ll take care of it. Very disappointed.
