Trying to purchase new blue bag. I get customer service person who I cannot understand. Wants name,address, telephone number, email address do he can give Walmart guard. I said do not want gift card, do not want to give email address and he said no email no service and hung up. Called back, must have got same person, he saw my phone number and hung up on me. Called back third time and wanted to give me medical alert. Said I did not want and they hung up the third time. My advise is call Amazon $40.00 dollars and free shipping.
The chemical smell is real.
Yesterday was my second time using the Sleep 8 Device Kit. It's extremely simple to use which is exactly what I was looking for. However, there was a strong chemical smell the first night after using it both times. I tried running my CPAP machine for 30 minutes before putting my mask on which helped a little bit. If it were just the temporary smell, I would live with it but last night I felt burning around the outside of my nostrils and had to stop using my CPAP. This morning, the outer edges of my nose are red and sore. Could it be a chemical burn? I can't say for sure.
Buyer beware - the chemical smell noted in other reviews is real.

Amazing Customer Service from Linda
I recently visited the new High Wycombe store and was treated to excellent customer by Linda and the store manager Adam.
Their products are of high quality, reasonably priced and very ascetically pleasing.
Linda spent 2 hours helping me choose a bed, side cabinets and pillows. Her knowledge was extensive and her patience was incredible, she was genuinely engaged in trying to help me make the right choices. I went back and forth between designs and colours and with Linda's help found the perfect furniture. I had follow up questions and queries which were dealt with quickly and professionally. The instore team went above and beyond to facilitate the enjoyable experience of my purchase and Linda in particular is a credit to the company.
I have recommended the store to multiple friends, one of which has already purchased a mattress and I will defiantly be a return customer.

Purchased our super king bed back in April and was very surprised with the 8 week turnaround rather than the 12 weeks we’d been told it may take. Unfortunately the head board of the bed would not fit up our stairs so quite quickly our situation was looking quite disappointing. Sleep 8 on the other hand dealt with our issue quite quickly considering the heightened tension at delivery. Within days they arranged a team to visit the house to carefully take the head board apart and then carefully put our bed back together. The service was very much appreciated and we cannot fault it. Thank you sleep 8.
Terrible delivery process - rated "0"
I received my Sleep8 system from Sleep8 yesterday, 16 days after I placed my order. I haven't tried it yet. Sleep8 use UPS Innovations to deliver their products. It was absolutely the worse delivery experience I have ever experienced. This had nothing to do with bad weather. UPS Innovation may save sellers money but it is Snail Mail on steroids. Sleep8 has a terrible delivery process. The time needed for delivery is unclear when you place your order. You are not given a choice for quicker delivery. Had I known how long this was going to take to be delivered, I would have selected a different cleaning system. I will be careful not to use any seller that utilizes UPS Innovations for shipping going forward. Hopefully the unit will work well (I couldn't cancel it after it had been shipped).

Easy cleaning and everything smells fresh
This product makes cleaning my equipment so much easier and saves me a lot of time. When the cleaning is done, everything smells fresh and ready to use. I really like the way it smells. I'm very glad that I purchased this cleaning system and highly recommend it.

Works great. Easy to use. Wish the smell didn't linger as long as it does, but I went and got a second set of tubes/mask - and rotate them - so it gives it time to air out before use.

I have been using my sleep8 machine for almost a year it is economical and as of yet I have had no illnesses unlike before I got my sleep8 machine.
The cleaning is very easy to use.

The sleep 8 clean system is quick and easy. I place everything in my bag when I wake up and set the machine. In the afternoon, it clean and ready to be used that night. I love my Sleep 8.
