I used the soap & scrub & I was really empressed with my results.I would recommend this product.

I really like the turmeric bar, I just got it so I'll update on whether it'll work on my dark spots but it smells great and feels nice on my face. It doesn't leave my face feeling dry afterwards and it doesn't cause any tingling or burning sensations and I have sensitive skin so I'd say I'm really happy with my purchase, thank you for what you create for the black community! <3

What made this order great was that they were replacing my face cream. It came fast and they moved with quickness. Ive been using glomelanin for a couple years and it has really helped my skin. The customer service is efficient and I dont ever have problems.

Okay so I want to leave a really detailed review because not only does it help this wonderful small company grow, but it also will give any future potential customers an idea of both the company's products and its customer service.

So, my journey began with me seeing the company's ad on instagram. Curious about the lip balm for darkened lips, I wanted to explore this and see if it could help with mine. Sadly, as a black male smoker, my lips are prone to dark patches from the heat of a smoke, and ive been aware of this for some time. Until now I never intended to do anything about it, but seeing this ad piqued my interest. When I decided to order, for some reason, google pay had an alternative address I dont reside at listed and this became the delivery address. The billing address was the correct address. I noticed this immediately while purchase was completing and I went to the email address for customer enquiries. Now, within the hour of receiving a reply, the dispatch notification came through, and I genuinely thought "Damn, that was quick." Shortly thereafter, Rio came on the line with an email responding to mine where I explained the mistake and although I can still access the property it has gone to, I wanted the shipping address changed to the same address as the billing address. Rio explained that the order had already shipped before he caught my intial message, but he was on it with reshipment that then dispatched within a half hour. I said to him that thats fine, I will give away a few of the lip balms as each is a month supply and i know a couple people who may enjoy them. I also agreed to leave the review for his amazing handling of my issue.

Now, the product itself. These turmeric and lemon lip balms are a true pleasure to have and use. All natural ingredients, an immediate difference can be seen in hydration and depigmentation of the over melination of the lip skin. To put that simply, it works very damn well and just as quickly. The team are qualified and knowledgeable about their products and are doing their part for producing natural, non toxic cosmetics and skin products as well as their proceeds being partially donated to charitable endeavours. Worth supporting, worth buying from, worth your trust in their product and customer offering.

I hope this informs your decision, but this was my first purchase, and it was a truly wonderful decision.

Edited on 25 Jul 2026. I was contacted by a representative named Elyka shortly after leaving the original review. Elyka was helpful and promptly resolved the issue by submitting a replacement order and compensating me for the inconvenience by allowing me to pick a complementary item from their inventory to try out. My items arrived today and I'm happy to report that I am satisfied. They will continue to have a loyal customer in me (my mom, and my 2 daughters) as long as customer service continues to promptly resolve issues when and if they arise. If an issue can't be resolved in a timely manner, as long as that is communicated, I'm good with that too.

I was missing an item from my order. I immediately reached out via email and had to have the conversation with the AI representative, Nia. The interaction seemed positive as it was stated that I would receive my replacement item and that it would be processed in 3 to 5 business days. That was on 07 July and today is now 20 July. I have reached out to the same email address and have yet to receive a response. I have also attempted to reach someone via the chat box on their website (that says they can be reached right away). However, in the chat box, when I stated that I was inquiring about the status of my order (where I included the order number and stated what item was missing), the response was, "Our customer support team will be with you soon!" So I responded with, "Via this chat?" and I have received no responses or communications since. Unlike a lot of the other reviewers, I purposely subscribed to the membership and genuinely like their products. I buy them for myself, my mom, and my daughters. BUT, I'm all about respecting the money that I work hard for and I stand on principle. If they can't resolve this issue, then I will move on to find another product that works just as well from another company. I've been a loyal customer for over a year (technically, they have 4 customers in one) and I'm starting to feel quite unappreciated.

I use the cleanser and face cream and have been very pleased so far. It is very moisturizing used together. I use the cream at night as it is bit heavy for the day, but I'm very pleased so far.
