Poor service - Do Not Use
Placed an order on the 14th November 2025.
Payment has been taken and status say Fulfilled however i have not received it.
The tracking link doesn't work and i have no idea where it is.
I have contacted them via email several times and have had no response.

Tottaly Unsatisfied Emails 7 times to your address which you have quoted in here and receipt , it was Mastercard I paid with my mistake not pay pal , you still haven’t sent it but you took the money said it’s on its way way after a reply at last ! NOT

Never received my order they have not answered my emails to them, I have CCTV no one delivered the order to my home. O was actually in my house all day no door bell no one knocked my door. And no one on my CCTV.
I’m now taking this issue up with Pay Pal who I paid through and who are pretty good at sorting things out , my advise do not buy from this company .

I’m really sorry about this experience. We don’t actually accept PayPal, which usually means the order went through a knockoff site using our name. Unfortunately, those sites don’t deliver and don’t forward messages to us.
Our only official website is glorbs.co, and our support email is hello@glorbs.co. If you ordered somewhere else, PayPal should be able to refund you quickly since it wasn’t us.
If you want to double-check the site you used, feel free to send it over. Happy to help make sure you’re sorted.
Stay away, false adds, non existent customer care
really wish i checked reviews before buying. total garbage!!! its the opposite of what they advertise. it leaves marks on the wall, it certainly doesnt come back to u, u throw it on the wall and it stay there, wooden door just rolls down. thanks for robbing me and other people of for your terrible product. worse is NO RESPONSE to emails, hate companies like this

I’m really sorry this was your experience. A few of our balls were shipped with a stickier formula than intended, which can make them cling to walls instead of dropping back down. When that happens, we always send out our alternative formula free of charge, which fixes the issue.

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
Total waste of money! I bought them for my grandchildren and they couldn't wait for them to arrive. Opened them and what a disappointment. They stuck to the wall and left a stain. Thats it! They never lit up or did anything else but stick there.
I emailed them 3 times and no reply. Obviously a scam!!!

Sorry to hear the glow wasn’t what you expected. The balls need a quick “charge” under a bright light first, which can make them look dim right out of the box. If it's not ok with you, we can get you a refund.

Really underwhelming product
Really underwhelming product! They don’t glow bright at all like the advert, even when hairy from the carpet they’re still too sticky( & look dirty) so they don’t fall down like the advert. Misleading rip off.
*update - lovely reply from Glorbs below but no reply to my three emails requesting a replacement! Seems they’ve replied to make themselves look better.
* still no reply from Glorbs - avoid at all costs, product is a scam.

Jack from Glorbs here. Really sorry the set you received didn’t work the way it should. Different ceiling paints can affect how the balls behave. Our standard formula works perfectly on eggshell or glossy ceilings, but on matte ceilings it can feel too sticky and won’t fall back down like the ads show. In those cases, our weighted version works much better, and we always send it for free if the normal one isn’t right.
A few batches also left the factory a bit under-charged, which can make the glow dim at first. If you email hello@glorbs.co with your order number, I’ll get a replacement sent out right away with the version that fits your ceiling type.

It’s a scam! Arrived late. When it eventually arrived it’s not in a box as advertised, it’s in a little flimsy foil bag. Supposed to be a Christmas present! Not happy and have emailed the company but no response yet. Concerned that if they ask me to return it I won’t be getting my money back. Feel like an idiot for falling for the marketing. AVOID!
And to your reply Glorbs - That doesn’t even make sense! And No, it’s been a month and I haven’t heard back from anyone!!!

Really sorry you didn’t get a reply. We recently had an email routing issue, so a handful of messages never reached us, and that’s likely why your cancellation request was missed.
If the balls didn’t behave like the site shows, it’s often due to ceiling paint type. Our standard formula works on eggshell or glossy paint, but matte ceilings can make them stick too much. In that case, we send our weighted version free of charge, or we’re happy to refund you if you prefer.

Stress balls or fidget balls at best
Too sticky. Doesn't come down on it's own. Leaves a sticky residue on the ceiling. If you rub it on the carpet, as they suggest, it goes from very sticky to not sticky at all.
They're stress balls at best, good for fidgeting hence the 2 stars.

These went straight in the bin. The video shows the glorbs shooting back into your hand but they roll down the wall or door. Pretty useless and your children will be disappointed

My order was apparently lost in transit. I was them told a refund was processed, unfortunately this didn't happen . The company then ignored ny emails following up refund. Fortunately my bank has recovered my losses . This is a scam .Avoid.

I attempted to return in original packaging and some 3 contacts that on each occasion have been totally ignored since Dec 26-12-24.
