Glorbs Avis 

Very dissapointing! I ordered 16 glorbs for Christmas presents for 4 different people. They arrived squashed into a small box which arrived bashed to bits. The glorbs are just sticky soft balls that gather dust and dirt. They only thing they do is glow in the dark and stick to the ceiling for hours. Don't waste your money!!

False advertising.
They do not glow. They are just dollar store rubber balls that I paid $20 for.

Scam. Did not work even when we followed guidelines. I think the website is full of fake reviews and is based in China. They took weeks to deliver and were cheaply packaged in a plastic bag. The review I left on their website was not uploaded. Total scam.

My son got a set of these for Christmas

If you charge them under a powerful torch for about half an gpur or longer they stay glowing for much longer, I charge his as we start reading a bedtime story and he then chucks them up when we're done

They get covered in hair and dust, you have to wash them with soap and water about one to two times a week to keep them sticking, dry with a microfiber towel.

They do stick on our ceiling, and sometimes do fall down but mostly just stay stuck up.

These are a total scam. They don't stick or glow. Can't believe they can be allowed to keep trading when it's all lies. Made for crappy Christmas gifts too.

My Glorbs arrived but we’re not suitable for my grandchildren I didn’t realise they had soft centres I thought they had a magnet in it.
I raised my query and explained and the customer service was amazing and my payment was refunded immediately.

Do not buy! Bought these for Christmas on basis that glorbs wouldn't stain, unlike cheaper competitors. They stained. Oily marks all over the ceiling. Now having to repaint. They also didn't fo as advertised- they either stay stuck or don't stick at all- no delayed/slow drop. Complained and requested a refund weeks ago but have heard nothing back.

Avoid... Brought 2 sets of these for Christmas presents, absolutely rubbish, I'm not impressed, they don't do what they say, we tried them Christmas day and left them over night and they've still hadn't fallen! What is the point if they don't drop, they also mark the ceiling! Avoid!!!!

These arrived beautifully packaged for my son’s birthday. I’m afraid they are not as expected. They don’t ‘float’ down, they’re very squishy balls that fall in line with usual gravity rules. We have very high ceilings. All 4 thrown up on December 17th 2024 (I’m adding the year just in case!)The first two still haven’t fallen one month later. One I managed to roll across the ceiling and down the wall. The last I rubbed all over my fluffy carpet before throwing up. It too needed rolling down. None of them seem to glow either (I put them under a lamp to charge to be sure) I’m really sad about this. These are the genuine ones and after spending a bit extra on a fun gift, I wished I’d saved my money. They will all become fidget items unfortunately.

Terrible communication - no delivery and no refund. Feels like a scam.

I ordered these shortly before Christmas and was able to track them to the point where they were ‘lost’ by the local delivery company. When I raised this with Glorbs, I had an immediate helpful response and when the product could not be traced, my money was refunded without question.
Whilst I cannot comment on the product, I can say that the customer service I received was prompt, courteous and helpful.

Won’t communicate they do mark your walls and they don’t work!! Or glow!!

Ordered two sets for my son for Christmas. The balls never lit up and they either stick to the ceiling and don't come down ( even after several days!) or they don't stick at all. Absolute rubbish! DO NOT BUY! I have requested a refund but heard nothing back from the company.

ordered 4 sets to gift for christmas. thankfully I tested before gifting. balls do not glow at all, even when left in full summer sun for a day. I have requested to return and have my order refunded and repeatedly getting the run around by the company. still trying to resolve, but not keeping much hope at this point.

I need to rave on Glorbs and their customer service and product. I bought them for my 13 year old for Christmas and was worried about them getting delivered on time. Thier communications were great, they kept me in the loop and they arrived on time. Then, unfortunately, one of our Glorbs deflated on the first day. I took a photo and messaged Customer Support, and they said they would send a replacement out. We were pleasantly surprised when they sent not just the 1 replacement but a new full set of four! I have a very happy 13 year old. Do not fall for knock off Glorbs, stick to the real deal, they will take good care of you.

Don’t buy these, they’re a complete scam. Packaging is terrible and they’re sold in ‘sets’ but arrived in cheap plastic lockers in one big box. They don’t really glow, they do leave sticky marks on the ceiling and walls and they don’t come down. I fell for the advertising and even gave some as gifts which I’m mortified about. Stay away, they’re a total waste of money.

Still stuck to the ceiling 2 week later - scam !

Bought as Christmas present and one glorb had arrived deflated. Sent an email 2 weeks ago and no reply. Wouldn’t purchase again as zero customer service
