Dishonest and unpleasant
Hidden behind a cute and perky website and a co.uk domain name is actually Swedish- registered company which ships direct from China. This means that all of your UK legal protections are neatly avoided by the company.
Their advertised '30 day return policy' actually entails sending the item tracked to Sweden, which would obviously cost more than the item is worth. This information is very well hidden on their website as they'd obviously make very few sales in the UK if people understood this.
I only discovered all this when I'd placed an order and received tracking information from China. When I emailed the company to cancel my order because I'd been deceived by their website, I received a very hearts and flowers email which nonetheless denied me any right to cancel. When I suggested that I'd try refuse delivery, they actually threatened me with additional additional charges for doing so. A company which has already obtained my money by deception is actually threatening to take some more money from me? Lovely people.
I've reported them to Shopify as fraudulent as well as the Advertising Standards Authority for their misleading ads. This is definitely a company to avoid.
Just as a tip before I finish, their products are generally available cheaper from Amazon.
