Total scam. Never received anything. Where is the police when you need them. It's theft, no other way to describe it.

Exactly What I Was Hoping For!

I ordered the fort building set as a gift for my kids and it came quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described. Everything was in perfect condition, and the pieces were super easy to snap together. My kids dove right in and spent hours building castles, tunnels, and all kinds of creative shapes. It’s been such a fun way to get them off screens and using their imagination again. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made recently — great quality and totally worth it!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Company is a scam. Ordered and haven't received after almost 5 months. How can something ordered in December never arrive? I've emailed and emailed with no avail. Avoid. Scammers.

Ordered in October last year (2024) and after initially and now still saying being dispatched they refuse to answer emails or give me my money back - shocking scam company shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Facebook , who have also not done anything either after i reported this company to them.

We order from this company 1dec never received food got money back from bank they have two months later toook more money out of back scam of company very disappointed

Scam!! Ordered before Christmas and not received and refusing to refund saying it's on it's way. Avoid!

I ordered my children’s Christmas present on 22nd October 2024 and have not received it, contacted numerous times and recurve no communication back. Shipment update 24th December 2024 and still no package and no response! Absolute scam… stay away

I ordered this item 3 months ago. Never did show up. Do not order from this company it is a scam.

Placed the order Oct 2024 and still haven't received it after 4 months.
I've sent an email requesting a full refund. Haven't received a single response.

What a corrupt company . Never received my order after 4 months so contacted my bank. They have refunded my money but have just told me Glowsubi are contesting the dispute. Unscrupulous bastards.

I ordered this item as a childs Christmas toy on 20 October 2024. I received confirmation of the order almost immediately and four days later a message that it was being prepared for despatch. I tried to cancel the order at the start of Dec.'24 but no response from teh company. They then stated that it was on its way on 24/12/2024 but the tracking number shows it as still being prep for despatch. I have emailed them again but no response.

Absolute scam! Do not use. Ordered Xmas presents for the kids and never received. Disgusting behaviour

No goods received, applied for a chargeback via credit card company which was credited back. Glowsubi are now challenging, credit card company have contacted me to say they are upholding my complaint. hopefully this will be the end of it.

I ordered the fort for kids 6 months ago and never turned up. Emailed a few times and no response.
Terrible or maybe a scam

I ordered two forts on Oct 4, 2024 and still have not received them. They were Christmas presents and never received them. I emailed asking where they were and no answer, just automated emails.

Really poor. No comms. Product didn’t turn up for 3 months. No reply to any email I sent. Product did eventually turn up though.

Ordered on the 16th October 2024 and still not received what I have paid for.
I have emailed them numerous times, only to receive an automated email.
Tracking says last updated on 24/12/24 but I have had nothing since.
I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!

It is evident that this company is involved in fraudulent activities, and I strongly advise against engaging with them. I placed an order on September 26, 2024, and the tracking information indicates that my shipment has been delivered in Australia. However, I reside in New Zealand. I brought this issue to their attention, but they stubbornly maintained that the delivery was executed properly. A muppet organization.

Total Scam!!!! Ordered on 3rd
November and no item received or coms. TIP: I disputed the payment with my bank after 3 weeks of no replies and they given me a refund within days of sharing the info. After 3 more weeks Glowsubi are now hilariously challenging this and have sent me a fake tracking number showing item as dispatched but no other tracking info. Joke!! Will post an update when I have one.

Scam! Ordered and never received. Requested a refund and said no because it was dispatched.... no communication after this. Horrible people praying on people with children.
