100% a SCAM, AVOID at all cost, i don't know how this website hasn't been shut down

Awful. As everyone else says, no communication, not received. Gutted, kids would have been so excited for this. DO NOT BUY!

2 months since I ordered and no delivery. I have sent multiple follow up emails and no response. Supposed to be a Christmas present for my nephew!!

As per everyone else’s review . Ordered, product didn’t come and missed my daughters birthday present.

Ordered online, never came, had one email a month after saying sorry for the delay then nothing…. £48 out of pocket :(

Complete waste of time writing this review as it seems to be a re-occurring issue!! Same as everyone else, ordered for my sons Christmas beginning of Oct, no parcel with absolute no communication from the company.

Ordered product, payment taken and product not delivered. Complained but no response at all. The company is a scam and no one shod deal with them at all

SAME AS MOST OF THE OTHER COMPLAINERS. ORDERED PRODUCT (THEY OVERCHARGED) REFUSED TO ACCEPT THAT THEY OVERCHARGE ME AND NOW AFTER 2 MONTHS, THE PRODUCT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED. THEY ARE IGNORING MY EMAILS.

Scammers ! Took money no order received

Absolute scam. Same as all the other messages. DO NOT ORDER. Ordered item in October all messages ignored and no refund received.

My son saw an advert for Glowsubi Magic Fort on Facebook. He sent it to me saying he had already bought a Christmas present for my granddaughter but this looked great. I thought so too and ordered 2 sets for £48.
Months later nothing delivered. Only stock email replies to my request for information on my order... When I requested my money back I was just ignored.
I now realise I have been scammed and £48 will never be refunded by them.....
THANK GOD I USED PAYPAL!!!!
I filled in their forms and they have sent me my money back.
NEVER BUY FROM GLOWSUBI
But ALWAYS use PayPal!!!

I have not received my order, it just says on the tracking site in transit for the last 49 days. I have contacted them several times and no response. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with them as it was a gift for my lovely great niece and nephew. I have learnt by my mistake in this case.

Stay away from this company !
I gave the info to my bank, they are dealing with the scammers

Horrible to think this is a children's present and we've been scammed.
Why do people do this??

Been trying to get with this people now since September my package never arrived and they said the same as to others that they would resend and yet nothing. No reply back now that I've asked for a full refund instead of the product.

Ordered in September as well as the multiple reviews on here. Still no product as of the date of this post. Multiple emails to the company with no reply. The tracking code given has not moved since September 27th saying it is still in China somewhere. Thought that the kids would have loved this gift but it looks like they won't be getting it. Very frustrating.

Ordered 27th Sept 2024 now 25th Nov still nothing multiple emails but will not refund disgusting company avoid at all costs, trying to recover money now
