Ordered item 2.5 months ago and still haven’t received it , no customer support

This is a scam. I should have done my research before purchasing off IG. Don’t make the mistake i made. I have not received the product and no response from the email i sent. They have taken my money and ghosted

Do not ORDER anything, cause you wont receive anything! Communication is NOT good at all, and I have been waiting for my purchase since September... The tracking info supplied, never changes

ORDER NEVER ARRIVED TRACKING NEVER CHANGED FROM THE DAY OF PURCHASE I CONSTANTLY EMAILED AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT AND WAIT ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND THERE REFUSING TO GIVE A REFUND

Scam!!! Item never received! Trying to chase not no reply from the company. DO NOT order from here.

This company is FAKE, should have realised when I didn't see a phone number on their website for customer support. Ordered on the 15/10/2024 and item is still not here. Reached out for a refund as its website an T&C's said I can cancel within 30 days and they stopped replying. Then they said they sent a replace but didn't provide tracking number. Currently disputing with my bank for a refund.

One star is too many for this shonky retailer, or so called retailer!! They’ll take your money and deliver nothing!

SCAM!! Ordered 18th September and received tracking info on 19th which hasn’t moved since! Emailed weekly and was ignored until I contacted PayPal to start a dispute. They emailed saying the have resent my item but won’t provide tracking. Do not use! Fake trust pilot reviews on their website, I should have checked here first. More fool me 😥

SCAM DONT BUY should of looked at trustpilot before buying they take your money pretend they are dispatching and don’t send your item luckily I went through PayPal and managed a refund

SCAM STAY AWAY THEY PUT A SUBSCRIPTION ON YOUR CARDS TO TAKE MONEY.

The company should honour there orders not just take the money and not deliver iv been waiting since 10th September not yet recieved iv emailed 6 times and ignored i will be taking this further ref amazon there very interested

This company is a legitimate scam. They put a fake TrustPilot graphic in their logo, saying they're a 4.8 and you can see they're not. I should have double-checked this before ordering off the Instagram link. That would have been a dead giveaway. For me, it's $50 down the drain. Lesson learned. Don't let it happen to you.

Do not order from this company they have not sent what I ordered and paid for and are not issuing me a refund for goods I have not received. I have confirmed with the courier company that they have not received the items that I’ve paid for. Asking for a refund I have been totally ignored and there is no number to call.

SCAM. Waiting 3 weeks after it says 5-7 business days.. . No tracking and no response after emailing them many times.
SCAM. Doing a chargeback .

The advertising showed items which were child friendly, sturdy and good quality. The website described delivery as taking 5-7 days. We eventually received the item after two months of waiting, and the item was more like a pack of drinks straws. The connectors were tiny and impossible for a child to use. Do not buy this item.

Terrible, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. Zero comms, no tracking information, no product (no present for my daughter) not happy.

They've removed times and dates from documentation.... I guess an indication of just how bad they are at delivering.

I've already emailed once, I did get a reply from a human, but they didn't follow up with tracking info or an ETA for delivery.

Paid for item, never received. They have ignored all of my emails for advice or information, requesting a chargeback from bank.

Ordered item from Social. Total crap. Arrived after over a month and was nothing like in advert, cheap crap that was in the bin same day.
