I have ordered from them a couple of times. They have the Prequel brand, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else in Europe. So I will continue to buy as long as they have that, as it's been a life saver for my extremely sensitive skin.
I recently received two bottles of Prequel Gleanser from them, and unfortunately both pump caps were broken. Probably because they're so fragile, and weren't packaged and supported well enough. So I emailed them about it, and they have just refunded me in full for both bottles. Which was very unexpected, but very much appreciated. Talk about great customer service! Absolutely nothing negative to say!

By chance I landed on this website and added my email address to notify me when Dr Idriss products would be available and not long until I got a notification and they were, I didn't waste time made and made an order and was delivered within 3 days! Soo happy to find my skincare products in the UK! Shipping was fast, could always locate parcel. But !! I had to pay 20€ taxes (wasn’t informed prior to purchase!!!) and the package of the product was broken (luckily the bottle was intact). Probably won’t order again

I had a really positive experience ordering from Glow Trend. They stock a range of high-quality trending skincare products that are usually only available in the USA, including Prequel, Soft Services and Dieux Skin, so it was fantastic to see them stocked and sent from within the UK. Understandably, the prices are a little higher than what you might pay across the pond, but not unreasonably so. After placing my order, dispatch was communicated clearly and I was pleased to see the packaging was fully recyclable and not excessive. I'm delighted I've finally been able to try some of these brands (I particularly recommend the 'discovery set' from Soft Services and the Prequel 'Gleanser' cleanser), and I'll be placing another order soon. Thoroughly recommend Glow Trend if you've been trying to get a hold of these brands in the UK!
