A friend recommended GLP and I was put in touch with Property Consultant, Becky Hill. Knowing I was in need of finding a flat after my B&B was closing down due to the spread of corona virus, Becky responded to my emails right away, and replied quickly to all the questions I had about possible flat rental. She provided videos of the spaces as I was unable to see them in person, as well as details about the process, pricing, etc. Once I chose a flat, she kept in close touch with me about last-minute details I needed, and she connected me quite quickly with the agent with whom I needed to sign a rental agreement. Her help was invaluable. It was great to work with such a consummate professional who was concerned, as I was, in finding a flat in such an uncertain time just before the UK lockdown. I will always appreciate her friendliness, resourcefulness, and help in moving the process along quite quickly. The entire process only took one week. Becky saved me by helping me find a great place to live while I'm here in London!

I want to say a huge thank you to Shanaz for helping me finding an amazing flat. I needed to secure a flat quickly and because I couldn’t physically see the flats I wasn’t sure whether I would be able to find one. My friend who has used GLP before recommended Shanaz as they said she was phenomenal- and they were absolutely right!! She was so considerate, kind and patient. She sent me so many properties and video tours, she made sure they were thorough videos inside and outside of the flat. If I had any questions, she would get back to me ASAP. I couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. 20/10!!

I have been a landlord for many years and the property managers have been good. Joe at GLP is not good, he is exceptional. He is super efficient and very accommodating. Whatever the issue I always have a swift response and accurate information. He is incredibly helpful and can always find an acceptable solution. I can say without any hesitation that he is by far the best property manger I know and a shining star at GLP.
