Dan and Rob at GLP have been great to work with. They really know the Soho market and, whilst their valuation may not be the highest, their local expertise means that they have a good database of buyers and can then focus on getting a sale through. My sale was not straightforward and unfortunately the Central London market seems to attract tricky buyers. Nonetheless, we all persevered and, with patience, we could complete on my sale and give me the opportunity to move elsewhere. So, I wholeheartedly recommend Dan and the sales team at GLP.

Renting a flat in London for the first time, I noticed a listing on Rightmove in Bloomsbury, I send in an inquiry. The next day GLP agent Grace called and scheduled a viewing for me. Everything went well from there on. Grace is professional, courteous, and very helpful. She also gave us a second viewing so my husband could see it. We are so glad that we met her.
Also, GLP (Jessica) seems very thorough in terms of checking our references and verifying all of our documents.

I have used GLP few times for my rental properties and found them to be most efficient and professional. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. In particular Megan, Becky and Jessica, they are there to make the whole process much easier for you. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable agency.

This is my second time renting successfully through GLP. My first time searching a flat with Becky was a great experience, and my second time with Shanaz was also wonderful. Both agents were patient, professional, and delightful to work with.

Having dealt with other lettings companies, I’ve been wary of renting in London. However, I’ve been renting from GLP for the past year, and they have been nothing if not excellent. Becky was extremely supportive and fast in helping me find a flat, and was professional and honest with me throughout the whole process.

After moving in, Natasha has been a superb property manager, and has been highly efficient, quick, and helpful with the few issues that arose. When my contract came up for renewal, Natasha was extremely responsive, followed up my queries quickly, keeping me informed throughout the process, and was highly understanding and accommodating with my requirements. In all our communications, she was professional while maintaining a human touch, something I greatly appreciated and have rarely seen with other letting companies.

The renting process with GLP was extremely easy, straightforward, and professional, and with an exceptional staff, I would highly recommend renting from them.

When we checked the rental information on Rightmove, we contacted a number of agents, GLP was the fastest to respond, and the efficient agent was Razieh. She patiently answered our questions and helped us when needed. In addition, Jessica carefully helped us deal with the document, and Victoria gave us a lot of help in our life after we moved in. I highly recommend Razieh, Jessica and Victoria for their professionalism.

Razieh is an exceptional agent who helped me find an apartment. I was desperate to find a place, and she went above and beyond by providing me recommendations nonstop for three months. We have been using the same company to rent out and manage our apartment for 8 years and when they went through some personnel issues we had to find an alternative.

We shortlisted 2 companies and Becky Hill from GLP was the first to respond. She had a friendly and professional demeanour and when we met in person at our apartment I made the immediate decision to go ahead with Becky being the listing manager. She quickly arranged a set of keys to be cut, photos of the apartment to be taken, the property listed and rented out within 2 weeks for a very good rent on a long let and all tenancy documents completed including tenant reference checks and a rent guarantor.

I can't yet comment on the property management aspects of GLP yet as the tenants are due to move in shortly but everything else has been really straightforward. I would highly recommend Becky and GLP based on what I have seen so far and plan to have them manage and let our apartment for some years to come.
