Unlike other estate agents from other companies Becky
spoke to me with great clarity and I new I could trust her and discuss any issues about renting my flat with her. Within 48 hours we had tenant and everything went a head without any hitches. Her colleague Valerie Vong proved to be equally professional and informative.

Razi found us a great apartment, helped us write an offer that got accepted and kept us updated throughout the process. It was overall a great experience and a lot less stressful than it could have been.

Shocked by the reviews on here as my experience with GLP was horrendous from start to finish. My property manager was consistently rude, unhelpful and slow with any responses and throughout my time I had the feeling like there was no care in the world for me. Will be telling all I know to not rent through GLP as I wouldn't want anyone else to share my experience.

What a great Estate agency GLP is. Shanaz in particular was outstanding! So knowledgeable, trustworthy, efficient and friendly, by far the best agent I’ve dealt with and I’m so grateful she helped us find our dream Soho flat.
