Very bad experience！

I have been without broadband for a month since I moved, the root of the problem was that GLP wouldn't help me get the assignment agreement from the landlord, I sent many emails to the agent Marc to resolve the issue, Marc just hastily told me he couldn't contact the landlord either. Finally, I got the landlord's contact information through Google, kept emailing and calling, and finally got the wayleave agreement from the landlord yesterday, GLP barely helped me solve the problem, and now they don't even reply to my emails. If GLP had any sense of responsibility, things wouldn't have dragged on for as long as a month.

It's not a very difficult problem, it's just that GLP is not willing to help the tenants.

I was in contact with Becky Hill, and I can definitely recommend her.
Becky made the difficult task of finding a flat in central London so much easier. She would update me on news properties as soon as they came to market, and reply emails very promptly (which seems to be very rare with state agents nowadays!).
She made booking viewings super easy, and was very patience and pleasant all the time, being able to answer all the questions I had about the properties in earnest.

When I used the Soho office a few years ago to rent a property in Covent Garden the service was excellent.
Recently needed a central London flat again and got no reply to my emails and I know I am not the only one as I have colleagues also waiting on contact.
I can't help but think it is because last time I was interested in a much higher priced property than this time.
Its so disappointing as they had such a good reputation amongst clients looking for a place in Central London.
I was one of those who recommended them to colleagues and associates in my folly.

This is the first time I've dealt with glp and have found Shanaz, who helped me find a flat in Soho, really helpful and friendly! I have not rented for a long tìme and she's guided me through the process with so much patience. Jess, who dealt with the administration afterwards also helped a great deal. Between them I'm now happily living the dream in soho!!
