Just signed for a property with GLP, Shanaz and Jess were so amazing, always available to answer my many questions, and made the process so easy and worry-free! Definitely recommend!

I talked to almost every agency in London and this one was super cool. When I started looking for a flat they stood out with their beautiful and well-furnished flats. The other important aspect to me was how consultants interact with customers.

Before getting the flat I was with another agency but when my partner saw that Greater London Properties are renting it as well, we immediately reached out to them since we knew how nice were their consultants.

The Property Consultant Shanaz Syed was super nice, caring, and honest. She was very helpful in finding the right place. Jessica Tonoli took care of the required documents and I feel grateful for her professional work.

I'm very pleased to have chosen GLP to help me rent out my Soho property. Working with the team whether it is Sarah, Rob, Marc or others, each are professional, responsive and have the best interests of both the landlord and tenant at heart. It's the kind of company you want to work with as a landlord and I would say it's probably the kind of company you'd want to rent from as a tenant.

They keep me informed along the way meaning that if there's ever an issue with the property, I can be quickly notified and agree a fix so that the tenant remains happy.

When finding new tenants for my property, the team has been great and getting someone in quickly and at the asking price.

This was my first time renting a property on my own and the GLP team made it really easy.
