He’s been consistently punctual both in person and via correspondence, genuine and warm, friendly and upbeat character everytime I have seen him for viewings. I have had a very bad experience with Alex Escott, after making an offer for a property through Greater London Properties (GLP).

GLP has taken more than 10 days to process my documents and send a final contract. Additionally, Alex Escott was not responsive and made the whole process even slower.
Therefore I did not receive the keys on the expected move-in date.

When I complained about the agency being slow on the phone, Alex told me that they had too many applications and could not be more productive. After that, he hung up on me. I find it unacceptable to communicate with tenants this way.

The GLP Agency is overwhelmed with applications and very inefficient at processing documents.
