Absolutely shocking customer service. Lady named Carol ann unbelievably abrupt i definitely would not recommend this firm. They Holding funds from my
Fathers estate asked a question where do I go next as in applying for probate as never done this and got my head bit off! This is an extremely sensitive subject around my father’s passing and sorting his estate. Never ever been spoken to like that by anyone. Shocking. The reply is astonishing listen to tje call back and you will hear how I was spoken to

We had an excellent experience with GLP Solicitors, particularly with Emily and Alice, who were outstanding in helping us with a dispute involving a very difficult Landlord.

Our case had previously been assessed by other Solicitor Firms, and we were told we didn’t have a strong claim despite having extensive documented evidence showing serious issues in our bungalow, including lack of attic insulation, no extraction fans, and faulty windows that should have been replaced decades ago.

We had only lived in the bungalow for a few months when our possessions were completely destroyed by mould. We later discovered that tenant turnover at the property was very high, as no one had challenged these conditions before.

Emily and Alice believed in our case from the start and fought for us every step of the way. Even after we moved out which reduced our chances of compensation -they never gave up.

They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and did everything possible to hold the Landlord accountable for both our financial losses and the damage to our belongings.

Having read previous reviews for Martin, I'm quite surprised! I can see why people may find him quite abrupt and blunt, but he's very no nonsense and gets the job done! What more could you want when spending £100,000s!

I don't think I ever waited longer than an hour for a response from him if I had a query, that's got to be unheard of from a solicitor! We had an offer accepted in mid-October for our purchase and we were ready just before Christmas to exchange! Very efficient, very knowledgable & super responsive. Our estate agent also commented on his responsiveness compared to other solicitors.. would use again without a shadow or a doubt
