GLUNT Avis 23

Total scam. Never received my $80 worth of product package. Never even made it to USPS. All emails and DMs completely unanswered. I really wish I knew about this site earlier and saved myself from this disaster.

Do not buy anything from this scam website. Its just one big scam. I have reported them to every agency i could possibly find, I have taken some very big steps to stop them. The person's who is doing this will recieve the worst karma of there life. Karma is real, its coming for you in a big way, you THEIF! I can see it on the horizon, can you?..... JAIL, there is it, its in your sights, your so close, enjoy the 4x4 hell you sick thieving scum!

Never received product.. I receive a TON of advertisements for the non existent product.. Luckily it’s 20 bucks, Glunt clearly needs the money more than I do.. Total waste of time, and an absolute scam… Company full of trash.. Save your money, buy from one of the countless top quality glass company’s.. Don’t waste your time with the trash over at glunt…

Ordered products in February for anniversary in March. It is now July and the items never came. Tracking never progressed. Reached out to customer service multiple times through multiple channels- email, social media, even had my husband try! No response. Despicable. These people stole my money. Do not buy from them. If I could give zero stars I would.

This product is amazing! Also, had an amazing customer service experience through their Insta page! Shipping speed and packaging are awesome!

This company is a Scam. I order from them back in Feb on product they said was in stock. They took my money and never shipped. No working phone number and no responses on email. They will take your money and not ship

Ordered an item on 3/8/23. Not shipped still by 3/30. FOUR emails sent, no response. Reached out on Twitter - no response. Does this company have anyone working for them? It is a total scam? Not answering questions about status of shipment sure makes me ask these questions. Not optimistic this will be resolved.

This company has horrible customer service. No instructions with products. Won’t refund or let me return for a refund. Even tho they say their products are 100% guaranteed. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. one use and had to clean it. Didn’t work as I expected.

Ordered 2 glunts two weeks ago and the only update I got was an email with a tracking number but and says the label was created but not in the system yet. Got that email at 2am, it is now almost 8pm the same day. Customer service is trash and they just ignore your emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You could buy one on Etsy for better and faster shipment.

I paid for two glunts on Boxing Day plus replacement coverage for both.
I received one that broke the day I used it.
Contacted company several times with no resolution.
Replacement coverage is non existent and they continue to give me the run around.
I have smoked out of glass for years and these are poorly made!!!!

Worst company ever! Waiting now 3 weeks for an order that has been in Pre Shipment (meaning the Post Office has yet to receive). Any attempts to reach Customer Service via email go unanswered or given a stale template answer advising that "item is in transit", which is completely false because the Post Office has yet to receive. Initially advised there is a "slight delay due to back-order" but no mention of that status on the website. But you better believe they take your money before shipping. Take my advice, do not order, you will regret it or possibly never receive the item.

Glunt is the WORST company I’ve dealt with since Sprint. Absolute garbage product and even worse customer service. Unfortunately since their broken garbage holds so much bud, I’ve had to throw away a lot of bud (that’s how you really make me mad). Broken spiral piece the first time, then my replacement snapped instantly as well when following the directions. Horrible product, this comes from a dispensary manager who knows her stuff. Don’t order this device, stick to your typical glass pieces or get a good chillum instead. Unless you have weed you want to throw out and you intend to be ridiculously frustrated, I’d avoid this company. For the love of god, save yourself.

Worst customer service ever. I was contacted by someone on Instagram that they would give me a code to get 30% OFF plus FREE SHIPPING.. so i said sure I'll try it.. I ordered it, I got some money off but they charged shipping. I complained, they then told me I'd get expedited shipping...what a JOKE. it's been weeks since I ordered, & all they've done so far is make a shipping label blaming being backed up on why it hasn't arrived, assuring me it'll be shipped in 36 hrs - twice they've told me this.. it still hasn't even been brought to said post office.. I have asked for a refund 3 times to be told in order to be refunded I'd have to receive it, then return unopened item & they'll charged a 20% restocking fee.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete fraud.

it’s a scam. blocked my instagram??? & only sent me half of what i ordered

Sketchy they had a bot message me and then I contacted their Instagram about it and it was also a bot just start saying out of the ordinary stuff and look at the responses they’re pre made and completely don’t relate to the topic brought up. It’s noticeably a scam.

First off, I used a 40% coupon code which dropped the price down to $13 and some change and $18.xx with shipping. They charged me $28 I emailed them to cancel the order because that's shady business, they told me I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee. You will love the glunt if you enjoy wasting weed. Terrible product.

I ordered my first glunt about 3 weeks ago. When it came the twisted glass piece was shipped inside of the clear glass piece so when it came it was broken. Why in the world would they ship glass against glass and not expect that to happen?!?

I emailed them for a replacement and they quickly sent it, but the second one came broken in the exact same way. To me it seems like they’re just scamming people for their money and I am so livid right now. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!

Took a week to arrive, and it came broken. No response to messages and will be filing a chargeback

My GLUNT was cracked upon delivery. I tried to call the customer service number, to my surprise the number was disconnected. I’d planned on sending the GLUNT back for a new one. I also didn’t receive the complimentary cleaning brush. Pathetic customer service. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before purchasing this item.

The customer service number on their page is non existent. They do not respond to emails within 24 hours. I paid for 1 day shipping and the shipping took over a week. I emailed them asking to cancel my order and they ignored the response with when the package should arrive and blaming the delay on the post office. Though they did not ship my product until 3 days after I out in my order. The post office also said there was no delay on their e d so the company lied to me just like their website has false advertisements about shipping and how to reach them
