Green Monkey AV Ltd Avis

Products were damaged and not the colour ordered so had to be returned.
As a positive, the refund was processed quickly and efficiently.

Straightforward to order and the order was delivered the next day

We ordered a mobile pull up screen on Wednesday 7th October 20 and paid extra for next day deliver. We had notification that it had missed the cut off time for next day delivery but that it would be here on Friday 9th October 20. It turned up today, Monday 12th October 20 - too late for the meeting that it was required for!!!!!

After some initial confusion over Next Day Delivery my order was processed in a timely manner and the purchased product delivered in the rearranged time frame. The proactive customer service was great and a refreshing change from an Internet company

Excellent company to do business with. Brilliant customer service. Highly recommended :-)

The first order was defective - it was replaced rapidly with no fuss.
Impressive customer service.

Arrived with me quicker than I'd expected!

Second time I've used Green Monkey AV – after a fabulous first experience the did brilliantly second time round. I thoroughly recommend them.

Great advice on the phone, super quick delivery and excellent product.

Fast delivery, great product thank you. A+

A bit flimsy. Plastic film pulled out of the extrusion

I ordered a 106” projector screen and it came next day as promised. Unfortunately was damaged on delivery. A super fast response from support who immediately dispatched another screen. I can’t fault the service I was given by Graham so thanks. The screen itself is very high quality with a soft return to close. When you pull it down you just hold anywhere for 3 seconds and it stays which is a nice touch. The mounting bracket are easy to install and the screen housing just simply lifts on and of the hooks which have hand tightened securing screws easy the mount and Dismount as I use this outside in the garden. I have ~£200 projector and the image is great. I would highly recommend this product.

Very friendly bunch, Graham helped me work out exactly what I needed, happy with the quality of the whiteboards, I'll be back :-)

Graham provided some very valuable insights in the selection, setting up and enhancements for my new laser projector.

A very service oriented business. Highly recommend

Good service, arrived early. Not opened up yet as I am yet to fit so looking forward to getting it set up.

Excellent service, easy to order online with speedy next day delivery, will definitely use again.
