I just paid £109!for a visit lasting less than five minutes (including the use of my toilet- which I should have charged for!) to be told that my machine can’t be repaired

Really pleased with the service from Go Assist in Norwich. From start to finish, the Chris was friendly, professional and helpful. He kept me informed throughout the sign up process, he explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier

The dishwasher isn’t fixed
The dishwasher isn’t fixed. David didn’t replace the part I spent over £80 pounds on in addition to the 149 call out fee and my dishwasher doesn’t work after a month of tooing and froing. Terribly bad attitude also, was here for 10 minutes and kept referring to the appliance as she. Said the machine was just blocked. I’m fed up, disgusted and shocked at such terrible and expensive service.

Adam was very helpful in organising a repair for my washer dryer! I’d had a bad experience from another company and I rang Go assist hoping for a better outcome! He explained everything and helped me to find a time slot that suited my busy schedule! Very happy ☺️
