Easy to navigate and to purchase. The transfer of tickets was less than transparent and communicative, but I ultimately received them. Some of this might have been based on RG requirements.

In today's world, many companies promise to provide great service, however, they don't deliver. Goal Tickets, however, under promised and over delivered. They committed to provide my French Open tickets on May 1st and actually sent them 1 week earlier. Dealing with them has been very easy and they have definitely exceeded my expectations.

Honest easy to use

I purchased tickets for the French Open and had a great experience in obtaining the tickets we were interested in. Whenever buying tickets online, it is not always predictable, but we were able to discuss our plan with Goal upfront and received the tickets once available just as explained. Very excited we have such outstanding seats for this epic event!
