Complete scam
Complete scam, bought MS 365 license from them through my company discount portal, they took my money, never delivered the purchased key, and ignored all status requests sent to their published support email. They are a full on scam.

I ordered a Microsoft Suite subscription through their platform and got an email stating I will receive my processed order within 72hrs. Unsure why that is considering its 2026– new debit cards are loaded to my Apple wallet before it’s even in the mail. It’s been over a week now and still no code. I sent them an email and they advised that they were not able to verify my info so they could not process my order. Weird. The payment was taken. I received an email confirmation. What else do you need to verify? They said to call their support line to get it taken cared of. I’ve called 3x’s. No one answered. Left 2 msgs and 2 emails. No response. Definitely fraudulent behavior.
I purchased product and was directed to go to gofun.com for the link. Pop-up read link was invalid and another pop-up read access denied. I emailed the support contact and their response primarily dealt with asking me for a 5 star rating. Anyone purchasing something and is directed to redeem using gofun.com will lose their money like I did. It is a scam.
If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Their customer service is awful, and they make things non-refundable (something that isn't seen when you're purchasing) and then when the item doesn't work, they will not give you a refund so that you're able to use your own money. (Aka, basically a scam. The "customer support" also responds with ~ at the end of their sentences, which is just unprofessional and weird.)
Purchased what were supposedly discount tickets through my corporate employee discount. When it came time to use it for Sandbox VR, the voucher code wouldn’t work when attempting to reserve tickets online following the email instructions. Because GoFun does not have customer service you can speak directly to, I contacted Sandbox VR. They advised that we just come in because they had never heard of GoFun. The voucher code kept coming up as invalid even when we went in. I immediately emailed GoFun a detailed account asking for a prompt resolution and after 24 hours I got a response simply telling me to use the voucher online. I’m super frustrated because we spent money on a babysitter and drove out to the strip -which was all a waste and customer service is unhelpful. My issue remains unresolved. I will be following up with my employer and credit card with formal complaints. Buyer beware! Don’t waste your money. To add insult to injury, I paid more for the voucher ($104) than I would had I just purchased from Sandbox VR directly ($98) for two people!!!!
