I am still waiting for my funds owed!!!

I used Hopscotch for my small business billing/payment processing for about 1-1/2 yrs. It was affordable and reliable. That is no longer the case. I requested a fund transfer (of collected customer payments) from Hopscotch to my business account. According to their site, this normally happens in 2-3 business days. It has now been 10 business days and despite my numerous inquiries and their numerous assurances, and their final promise that the funds would be there no later than yesterday....I am still owed thousands. This is devastating for a small business and a risk and I will never take again.

Stay away!

This company started out good but then they were bought by Avalara in September and everything went down hill quick. The terms say they will transfer money you receive within 1 to 3 good business days ( not sure what 'good' means) yet, while getting ready for a vacation in September we had a large receivable that was to carry payroll during our vacation. The money never came. 7 days later when we left we still hadn't heard a response to all of our emails and support tickets. We spent the first ten days of our vacation fielding emails from unhappy employees, contractors and vendors. 18 days later they released the money and blamed our bank - obvious bull crap.
Now, the same customer has made a payment before Christmas that was to pay employee bonuses and guess what... it is now 8 days later and we have had no response. We even had a demo of one of their products set up and confirmed by Kyle for yesterday at 4 and they ghosted us.

This is a scam! Avalara should watch for a lawsuit coming their way soon.

SCAM????

They reject all payments, there is no support, they just remain silent and that's it, they don't answer anything, it's just a scam site, I don't recommend it!

Every business needs Hopscotch!!!

First, Hopscotch support has been amazing. They answer quickly, professionally, and even take care of managing some of the admin work related to collecting payments from my clients (when I ask for help).

The product is super simple and easy to use and their Flow feature is a game changer when it comes to managing my real-estate business cash flow.

I can’t recommend this product enough.
