The worst internet we've ever had
The worst internet we've ever had. We recently moved in to a new apartment and unfortunately Go is the only provider in the area - although I am not sure what they are providing because the internet is down more often than not. It disconnects almost every day, currently it has been down for 40min and counting. I normally work from home half the week, but I will not be able to continue to do so because the internet is totally unreliable. I can't wait for other providers to finally expand to this area, we will never look back.
And looking at their responses on Google Reviews, they have a LOT to learn about customer service and about how to talk to people who pay them.

This doesn’t sound right. If this is genuinely the case, we’d recommend contacting our service desk so we can investigate your connection further. We would have reached out directly, but we’re unable to locate an account under your name.
The outage last night was caused by our underlying network provider, OFNL. We’re very sorry for the disruption. When maintenance is carried out on their infrastructure, it is unfortunately outside of our control.

I've moved into a new build and due to the builder doing a deal with certain internet providers. I've been limited on choice. I can honestly say the customer service is terrible I've had 1 response out of multiple emails. Still no internet such a poor service

I recently moved into a new build property and ordered Go Internet a few days before completion. The router was posted to my current address, so that I had it to take with me, and all I had to do on moving day was plug in. Everything worked seamlessly from day one. Excellent customer service
A very complicated set-up at my new home. Ashley talked me through it and resolved my set-up issues, image app, very patient and pleasant with me. Services are now full flow for me, very happy with the service and the broadband power.

Once in touch, the service was confirmed as working and we were unable to identify any fault with the router or connection.

Excellent and Professional Support
I ordered the internet service and shortly after, an engineer called me to help with the router setup. Everything was handled professionally, quickly, and smoothly. The whole process was easy and efficient, and everything was set up exactly as it should be. First-class service from start to finish.
