Last couple of weeks,we have lost connection a few times,but other than that,we have had excellent service,the customer service when we do have issues are excellent.

At first when we reported the WiFi was down it looked like we would have to wait 5 days for an engineer to visit, however when we explained that we had very little or no phone signal and relied on wifi calling, an engineer visited the next day and restored the WiFi.

We have found the service to be great overall. We’ve had the odd outage but service is resumed quickly.

Good back up , when there is a problem which is rare anyway they always resolve it quickly and keep you informed. A pity others don’t follow their lead.

Once Vfast responded by sending an engineer out to us, their service was wonderful, and the callout was very quick following my final phone call. However, we suffered poor connections (following the breaking of a mast during a storm) for several weeks prior to this, despite several phone calls in that time and several restarts of our equipment.

I am afraid that these days the company is becoming too big to deal with complaints like they used to. I have had speed issues which upport have listened to but seemingly have not acted upon. They attempt to get you to solve the problem and if the doesn't work they don't call back and subsequently close the ticket saying something like you haven't contacted us. I pay for a speed of 900mbps but often find that I am only getting less than 100mbps
