First of all, it was super easy to set up an appointment and at a location close to where I live. Robert and his assistant that day (can’t remember her name 🤦🏽‍♀️ but I loved her!) were great and answered any questions I had and walked me through the process. I was pleased with what they offered and the whole process overall.

Robert was very professional. Way more money than I expected.

Nice person, but lowballed us 51% spot price for 18k scrap jewelry, $55 per gram when spot was $107 (specifically for 18k, actual spot was $144.5). When we declined the initial offer he raised the purchase price to $62 per gram. We told him we expected more like 80-90% spot and knew that we could get that elsewhere. He suggested we wouldn’t find that anywhere. We did, the very next day at a local business that told us up front sell prices before driving over. Gold Adam is a nice business idea, and we enjoyed our time with the person who helped us, but no one should accept 51% spot price for what they have. We got over 160% his original offer elsewhere and that person finished the process a lot faster as well.

I was so pleased with my first Gold Adam experience that I made a second appointment with Aaron B. I was treated like a VIP from start to finish. The locations are so convenient and the process so is easy you just can’t go wrong. Do yourself a favor turn all that broken, out of style, and never worn gold into cash!
