Robert was super busy. We did not have an appointment, just showed up after seeing a Facebook post. He was very apologetic but we said it wasn’t a problem and we would come back in a half hour. He finished his 2 appointments and stayed to fit us in before his day was done. Super knowledgeable, explained the process thoroughly and did not pressure us to sell. His offer was a surprise and we completed the transaction. We will definitely share our experience with our friends.

Our guy Jordan was friendly, but seemed a bit nervous when I mentioned I had weighed and tested most of my items. I had an uneasy feeling when he quoted me the price for my silver and gold pieces, it seemed really low. He had told me they pay 70% of today’s gold and silver prices. I decided to keep my gold and was hesitant about my silver, but took the offer, still not feeling good about it. After thinking about it for a bit, I did the math myself and sure enough, I had NOT been paid 70% it was more like 50% almost 300.00 less than I should have been paid! I did contact him and was able to get the right price. But be sure and do your homework before you go! Know the price of the metals for the day, know approximately the weight in grams and go to an online calculator and get an approximate idea of what to expect to be paid! I’m on the fence about if it was a miscalculation or if this is their business model. I seriously doubt I’ll ever go to them again. This happened in a small TX town. So just beware!

Leo was a delight to work with when assessing and checking my items ! I was very impressed with his knowledge when I ask questions and I did ask alot, He was fun, friendly and made this old 82 year woman comfortable ! I was very leary of selling my gold this way but living in a small town limited my choice - this was an awesome experience!

Leo was fantastic. He explained everything and show me the difference in the gold value from 10k to 24k. Thanks for the expertise.

We met up with Aaron Bechtel on Sunday 9/20/26 at the Pearsall Wal-mart parking lot. He was friendly, professional and very attentive. He described the process and proceeded to check our gold items. He explained everything he was doing step by step. We were amazed at what our junk gold was worth. We were pleasantly surprised when we got notice late Monday of a deposit at the bank. Money was posted and available this morning! That was fast! We highly recommend Aaron and Adam Gold!
